The process of selling the car was pretty easy. I just had to provide a few pictures as my vehicle was wrecked. However, the pick up was unnecessarily messy. I let them know the car was in the back yard, they brought a huge flat bed truck that would not go between the houses. When they finally got the car loaded, he left without the title or giving me the check. I had to call them, he came back and tried to give me a check for 5% of the agreed upon selling price. The tow driver said " if I knew it was only $300 I would have bought it myself"

I had reached out to this place versus other “Cash for Cars” type vendors because I saw they had a local phone number, address and many positive recent Google Reviews. When I called about my 2005 Dodge Caravan that had been totaled in an accident (body damage) but is still drivable, they said they had no vendors in the area to help me, despite many recent reviews talking about their quick and easy service.
It’s one thing if my car doesn’t qualify/ they don’t want it. But it’s another to lie and say you have no area vendors when this is a local Google My Business listing with an active vendor in the area.
The gentleman that came to pickup my old car was very patient with my vehicle and my lack of preparedness he was on time and a pleasant individual had my check and easy peasy A + service I recommend it, the person who coordinated the process is very helpful very professional and a pleasure to work with.
