Been looking for a part for over a week, called multiple times, multiple voicemails and nobody has gotten back to me once. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. Get better responses from eBay sellers.
Drove 2 hours for a Grade A Insurance quality fender and it has a good amount of deep scratches. Was told they would work with me on price if there was any imperfections but they didn’t. Their clerk at yancey was even surprised by their choice and apologized for Emily’s response. Friendly people just beware of their unwillingness to negotiate on damage.
I been calling left 3 voicemails and sent in messages and still nothing I’m tried of waiting this place used to be good but now it’s like they just don’t care anymore plus now they want money upfront when you use to order and then pay is there any where else you can buy from like this place

Good lightly used ties for wife's jeep at a great price. Bought a rebuilt motor once with good warranty and it worked like a charm. When trying to stay mobile choose the place that rhyme with my mom N----'$ name.

very poor customer service! When you buy something they charge you a core charge up front and tell you they will pay when they pick it up and they do not. When I called and asked about it their response was and "that's not gonna happen" very sad!!! I would buy from ANYONE but these clowns.

My friend bought a tire and had mounted through Yancey's Auto and Doug Perry towing and the new tire has gone flat Doug Perry would not fix it they did not give a work order reciept
Awesome place with great prices. Helped us out when we had a tire separate. They don't mount them but gave us a great price on a used one and referred us to Doug Perry towing that hooked us up. Can't thank them enough
I've used Yancy 3 times now to find parts for my vehicles. 2 of these were for tail light assemblies that had been broken. Online searches for both had the cost well over $200 but Yancy's had them for just over $100 in one case and $50 in another. Then I needed a spare tire doughnut for my wife's van. Again, online I could only find out of stock for used with prices over $200. The dealer wasn't sure he get one, so I tried Yancy's, not only did they have 2 in stock, they only cost 1/3 of what was offered online. The only down side is that they are always busy on the phone or with other customers doing searches but since they always seem to have what I need at a good price, this does not surprise me and I'm willing to wait.
Found an alternator for $60 with a $10 core charge when i called other Auto parts stores therer prices where crazy . lowest in town . Saved a tone of money
