An absolute amazing company! After a blown tire on the side of the interstate on a cross country road trip, a state trooper referred me to I 70 and I could not be more thankful!
Everyone was wonderful to work with, the dispatcher, The driver who was sent to get me and my trailer, and also one of his coworkers who just stopped to lend an extra hand!
They referred me to a wonderful tire shop who got me fixed just a couple hours, and I was back on my way!

Needed my truck and trailer towed. I was actually in a pretty good mood since Good Sam covered the costs. Two guys got there and one guy was really aggressive and had a horrible attitude. I haven’t been disrespected or talked to like that in a long time. Still fuming over it. I definitely will not be using them again.
Just wanted to give a 5 star review to this company. My tractor trailer broke down late on a Friday night and they were on scene in about 30 minutes. Great communication from the office to get my location. Then the tow truck driver Dave shows up and I'm hooked up and rolling in no time. Class act company. DAVE YOU ROCK! THANKS FOR GETTING ME BACK TO MY TERMINAL!!!!
I cannot thank you enough for saving my daughter from a further panic attack (not to mention sitting in this heat) in the middle of a very busy intersection off of I-70 and 63 exit - also, drivers beware of the potholes as they blew out TWO tires on her car!!!

Sarah in dispatch who is amazing. She was so funny and sweet to keep talking to me on the phone till Dave/ David came to tow our semi to midway truck and auto plaza after hitting 2 deer. These people are outstanding. Dave/ David was hilarious. This company is so lucky to have such amazing staff. They both were our angels that night. They both made such a scary and stressful situation, alot less stressful and less scary. We needed a airline replaced and he even had a friend that had the part meet us at the truck plaza at about 10 pm. I would recommend this company to anybody. With their help you will be is great hands.
Robert came to pick us up in the middle of the night, freezing cold weather, two dogs 10 hours deep into a road trip. He went above and beyond to help take care of us after a very rough roadside experience (prior to his showing up)! We are incredibly grateful and won’t forget his kindness and help.
I cannot remember the tow truck driver's name however, he was very professional, got to us quick and was very careful with my 1963 Pontiac Star Chief. Everything was perfect!
Chad was amazing. We blew out a camper tire and had another about to fail. Chad got to us in 10 minutes on a holiday weekend. He took my husband to a tire shop to purchase a tire ( we only had one spare). He changed both tires and was kind and patient. Very professional and personable.
Had an unfortunate start to our morning with a deer. Wesley was quick to get to us, super friendly, and efficient. Went the extra mile when the vehicle that came to get me wouldn’t start and got it running. Knowledgeable and friendly staff every time we’ve need them.
I cannot say ENOUGH amazing things about Wesley from I-70 towing. He went above and beyond today when helping me while I was in a bind! I was an unfortunate victim of all of the construction that's going on around Columbia and had the pleasure of having a popped tire. I called I-70 towing and Wesley was there within 15 minutes and helped me put on my spare so that I could get it to the shop. It was done within no more than 10 minutes and he was kind enough to let me know that my spare would need air AND also let me know there was a gas station near by that had free air. If that's not already amazing service he left before me, but within close succession. He knew that I had planned on heading there so that I didn't get the unfortunate satisfaction of having two flat tires in one day. He stopped at that gas station and filled up my spare for me because he said that he felt extremely uncomfortable with how low on air it was. He most definitely did not have to do that, but he did solidify the fact that I will be using I-70 towing again if I'm ever in a pinch. If you're seeing this Wesley thank you again!!!
Called Dave for an emergency tow this morning. Our RV broke down last night around 2AM. He was phenomenal!! I can’t begin to say how thankful we are. He was kind and extremely professional. We were stranded on the roadside and Dan was reassuring from the moment we spoke to him, showed up promptly and had the experience and tools to get us out of a serious bind expeditiously! Thankfully my auto dealer was able to get car out of tow yard but they were about to smash my perfectly good running truck cause I could not afford to get it out…. they charge by the day and so much for towing 20 min trip to Fulton was 250 dollars! #ThatsAll

We had a break down right outside of Boonville, MO. I70 sent Rusty out to get us hooked up and towed to the dealership in St. Louis. Rusty was very knowledgeable, took care in hooking up the tractor, and was nice to chat with on the 2 hr ride. I definitely recommend I70 for all your towing needs and if you could , request Rusty!
I had a 45 foot class A motor coach that was TOTALED by another tow company in Georgia and I had to wait over 2 months for insurance companies to fight it out and ended up with having to get it flatbeded from Atlanta Ga to Columbia Mo. I thought I would forever dislike all tow companies but Rusty with I-70 towing was the hardest working - best tow driver I have ever had. He drove to Atlanta and arrived t 10:00 PM and rather than take his time and block the parking lot of a business to load it the next day - worked until 3 AM to get it loaded. I 100% recommend him and I 70 towing.
I am from out of state and this company was amazing to me after blowing a tire at a high rate of speed on the interstate. They towed me to a highly recommend tire repair shop and due to the time of day I had to wait till morning to get it repaired. So the owner offered to take me to a local motel to stay for the night. They were quick to respond and get me out of not so safe situation. I am very grateful for their assistance after a scary experience on interstate they were so professional and respectful with the upmost understanding of what there customer was going through. If you ever need towing assistance this is the company to call I highly recommend them to anyone one in area or just passing through in their travels!!!
Thanks to a winter storm turning my slanty parking lot into an ice rink, I found my car in a position where trying to move it myself would only cause it to slide up against another parked car. Fortunately, I-70 Towing sent me Dave to rescue my helpless RWD car from that slippery position. Not only did he extract me from that ice ramp, he delivered the car right into my own garage--something I didn't think would be possible given the grade of the incline and the slickness of the surface. But Dave is a PRO... not the hero I deserved, but the hero I needed just then. I've never been happy to pay a wrecker driver before tonight, but he earned every dollar and then some. Dave, if you're reading this, thank you again. Oh and that YouTuber I was telling you about is GTOger, check out his stuff, they're hilarious. Bet you didn't know you wrecker drivers have your own theme song.
I was stuck in Columbia Mo. with a bus that I had purchased that was not as described. Only 20 miles down the road the bus died. Now that is when you know you are going to have a bad day. This was a large transit bus so it was going to take a large wrecker. So let's not get long into this. The 1st company called had a terrible attitude, next company I-70 Laura had a great attitude and understood my distress. Dino came to the rescue, by the time he got to us I had the bus running again but not well it was imperative to get this large vehicle off the side of the road. So Dino followed us to a safe drop off point ... Now that is Service.
