I've done quite a bit of business with them over the years. Sometimes they don't have the part in stock but they have a network to find it and get it shipped. Great service
They are great here. I have called them for parts here and there over the years and always had good service. But this week I was looking for an old invoice from 2019 and Brandon and Corrie had no problems going back and finding it for me. Great service.
These guys are awesome. Was driving through. Just wanted a few screws for my air filter box that were misplaced. They pulled the screws for me. I got there after they closed so they left the screws on the porch for me. Didn’t even charge me. They were just happy to help.
Just got a window from there and it was a great price and in perfect condition and they got it ready for me really quickly. The other places either wouldn't answer the phone or or way more expensive. This place was far more professional than the other places in town and I have dealt with them all and even some pretty much out of town. I'm definitely going with them the next time I need a part it was a way way way better experience than I've ever had at a salvage yard before. Also they had some surprisingly good deals on used cars there as well.
Needed a couple of tires, they were able to find replacements. Gentleman even took the time to put the tires in my car. Would recommend that you check them out.

Ordered 2 axles from them and when i received them one of them had the threads completely rusted off of it making it not usable.. politely called and tried to explain to them the situation and the guy got all mad and hung up on me when all i tried to do was ask for a replacement- horrible customer service!!!

I can't say enough about these guys! I needed a part and they had it pulled within a short time and were very friendly and courteous! The young man even carried the part to my car for me! They are at the top of my list if I ever need another part! They also handled a scammer that called me trying to get me to pay more money for my part! They went above and beyond!!
Ordered a part on a Monday and was told it would be shipped to 1 place, then got called an told they dont accept parts anymore and it would be shipped to another place and they would ship it to us. I said okay as i paid extra for delivery. Well Thursday came around and i called the place they delivered it to and got a rude person that said no we dont deliver if you didn't buy it from us which i dont disagree with but again i paid for delivery. Called the original place and was told that they will get it close but cant deliver. IF i was told that in the beginning i wouldn't have ordered it as they delivered it 1 hr closer but its still 1 hr away. IF i knew they would just deliver it to there i would have bought it from somebody else. Extremely rude and will never buy from them again.
After four hours of waiting, I called to inquire about what was going on. The guy on the phone was rude. They lost my business. I can get the part online, brand new, cheaper than the used part and I dont have to deal with rude employees.
Only place I ever go to get my automobile parts. Prices are VERY reasonable and staff is always friendly and efficient. These guys have helped me for years!
I went here looking for parts for my 1992 Dodge Dakota, I could not find the parts I could not find a single part they did not have anything that fit my Dodge Dakota and they recommended me to go to a different place which was like right across town so I did not do that and this place is grabage.
Very organized and friendly. Called ahead of time and picked up a part within minutes. They also helped me locate a part that was impossible to find fir my older truck.
Sorrels has exceeded my expectations to make sure that I got a good quality used engine, even at their own inconvienience. The staff is friendly and easy to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for used parts.
Was not a productive experience, walked in, asked for help, and they acted like they didn't even know what car parts were. "I have no idea where we would even look." In their own salvage yard? Right.
Weren't openly rude, but were in no way helpful.
