Had a problem with a vehicle and they stepped right up and were very responsive in addressing my concern. I appreciate the outcome and feel comfortable moving forward that they are a partner in business.
Not a good experience at all! Don't recommend! Had a disagreement about a purchase which was at no fault of my own. Spoke to the general manager which was very unpleasant and not willing to help in anyway! Told him I would leave the auction and not come back and he said "good that's fine" Was there to buy several vehicles and it was the worst first experience at any auction I have ever had!
So many other auctions do not care to help or what your situation may be. I went here for the 1st time and had the best experience. As a transporter I go to many auctions and this was by far the best place. Not only organized but friendly. Not fake friendly but genuinely friendly and wanted to help. Bill specifically helped me and guided me through the process and did not make me feel as if I was putting him out. Thank you everyone there.
Good luck getting titles and paperwork on time! Piss poor service from the title department. Be prepared to hunt down your own lien releases and duplicate titles. Wish i could give negative stars!!
