Zach did great customer service. I had a towing due to a flat tire. When the first stop for tire fix did not work out, he escorted me to another stop to fix the problem.
It took a while for them to get to me, however Zachary was very friendly and helpful when he arrived. I would call them again or recommend them to others in the future.
Today our car broke down on I-70. With 3 kids in the car, we were highly stressed! I believe Zach was the name of the tow truck driver that came to our rescue. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe. He helped my husband install a new battery and made sure we were good to go before he left us. We were so grateful for his help!
I unfortunately crashed when turning at a light and both my left side tires popped immediately. I called and got a tow within 8 minutes by Michael. The experience couldn’t have been better. He was very professional and kind and had me to a tire shop within 15 mins for a charge of only $75. Will highly recommend if you’re in a tight spot and need a tow!!
After I requested a tow from my insurance company, Zach immediately called to let me know he was nearby and on the way. He arrived within minutes and quickly towed my car to the repair shop. Zach towed my truck after my brakes locked up. He was very kind and went the extra mile to ensure that my truck didn't get any extra damage. Great guy and great service. Definitely recommended!

Our car was parked at a gas station due to receiving just over a foot of snow in our area and being unable to drive it home (we had okay'd this with the person in the gas station but that wasn't communiated to the next shift employee). When we showed up the next day to pick up our vehicle, it was gone, and we were informed that it had been towed by ATR Towing about 45 minutes before we arrived.
We called ATR, and they said they did not have our vehicle. We asked the gas station again, for the name of the company, and once more, we were told, ATR Towing and we were told that their office was located directly behind the gas station. We had to call and talk to them THREE more times before ATR finally said that they did have our car... Then, they would not allow us to pick it up because “their office was closed today”, even though they were answering the phone & had towed our car only an hour before, but sure, I get that they were busy.
When we went to get our car the next day, the inside of their office was filthy and very dimly lit. There was also a large puddle of standing water on the floor and an awful smell filling the small room.
They asked us for nearly $300 for a “full tow service and two days of storage”, even though they literally towed the car less than 200 feet, as their lot is directly behind the gas station, and it was not on their storage lot for a full 24 hours. After some discussion about the cost, they suggested we commit insurance fraud to save ourselves money… this is an overall shady & corrupt business.
Amazing service with great communication! ATR responded, picked up and delivered my broken vehicle to its destination. Greatly appreciated the professionalism and service delivery!
ATR Towing and recovery was dispatched by Ford warranty app in Columbia MO. Zach (driver) was onsite and had car hooked up within 30 min. Zach was very professional and allowed me to wait in truck while I figured out rental cars, dealer, etc. Highly recommend Zach and ATR Towing and Recovery in the Columbia area.
Zack is an absolute hero he went above and beyond to come get us and was more than kind and helpful to me and my children I seriously can't say enough good things about him and the company the world needs more places like Zack he deseves and raise and a promotion!
Their associate Bugg Nathan was very helpful and polite with assassinating me with towing my vehicle to the nearest mechanic.

My truck broke down on 70 on a Friday afternoon. The response time was incredible. The roadside assistance ap showed 30-60 minutes but Zach called to me he was on the way and within 15 minutes he had my truck in the tow truck and we were on the way. He was very friendly and courteous.
Zach was an absolute amazing gentleman who kept me safe on the side of the interstate in construction. He was there in less than 30 minutes when he realized the dangerous location I was in. So thankful and grateful for him.

My experience with ATR Towing has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I fully intend to pursue civil action against this company for their unethical and deceptive practices.After my vehicle was towed, I immediately contacted ATR to retrieve it when the tow fee was only $100. Despite multiple calls from both myself and my parents, ATR falsely claimed they did not have my vehicle. It wasn’t until three months later, after I physically tracked down my car at ATR, that they admitted to having it. By this time, they demanded an outrageous $6,000 to release my vehicle and all of my personal belongings inside, which included valuable items like a guitar, computer, and recording equipment.Their dishonesty caused significant financial loss and emotional distress. I lost my nearly $50,000 vehicle along with everything inside because of ATR’s deceitful behavior. To make matters worse, their actions led to my insurance claim being denied, as they falsely accused me of abandoning my vehicle. The police have since admitted to making a mistake in identifying the tow yard, but ATR’s unethical conduct is the root cause of this entire ordeal.ATR Towing’s practices are not just unprofessional—they are outright predatory. I am preparing to take legal action against them to hold them accountable for their actions. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to stay far away. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to seek legal recourse as well. This company needs to be stopped.
My truck broke down on a Saturday while driving across the country. They came out and even drove us by the hotel before dropping the truck off at the dealer so we could unload our truck.
The service was very helpful and friendly.
After not getting help at the dealership I called and asked where a good place to get my truck repaired. They sent me to a great repair shop and then towed me there. They went beyond just towing to get me the help I needed.
Would recommend them for all of your towing needs.

My wife and I were headed back to Chicago for work this past spring and broke down at the intersection of Hwy 54 and I-70 .
Immediately called ATR towing and called and spoke with Riley. He was very polite and arrived not long after we spoke on the phone.
He was able to get our truck back to their shop in Columbia and get us back on the road by the next morning.
We have already referred ATR to others on several occasions. Riley was very hardworking and professional and made us feel relieved that we would be well taken care of and could sleep good that night!!!

Thank you Michael Hartman and team for handling towing my car after an accident. And putting my receiver hitch in the vehicle so I wouldn’t forget it when I retrieved my personal items. Office staff and other staff members were super friendly and helpful when I called repeatedly and then came with my son to get our things and say farewell to our car.
ATR responded to tow wrecked vehicle. Tow guy shoveled all the debris of both vehicles onto my car's back leather seats. Refused to tow my vehicle to collision repair shop of my choice, unless I paid him up front, even though I have comprehensive coverage. Disappointed.
