Yesterday at 6pm I had my vehicle lifted by a tow truck at my residence. I asked if they could let down my car since it wasn’t lifted yet and I got the response of “I’ll let it down if you give me $175 in cash.” My car was clearly being towed so I had no way to go get cash. I asked the person who was towing my car how much it’d cost to go get it tomorrow and he said $175. 10 am this morning I went in to go get my vehicle and had to pay $200 extra dollars on top of the $175 because they counted it as staying for 2 days even though it wasn’t there for 24 hours. The towing company popped my tires and tripled the cost.
My car broke down in Columbia and I live 90 miles away. Dee, the guy that assisted me AND gave me a ride home (shoutout to you!) is by far the kindest man I've met and very friendly.
