We had the most horrific experience with this tow service. We called needing a long tow back home when our car broke down. We explained our situation and that we had animals at home that needed attention and asked if they could make it happen. The owner stated $4 per mile + hookup, said it might be “awhile” before they could get to us but assured us they could handle our needs.
After waiting patiently for an hour and a half with our 7yo we called again asking for an eta and the driver said he was headed in the wrong direction thinking we were on a different road and that it’s going to be another 30 minutes. It only got worse from there. An old cab and 1/2 truck appeared with a trailer in tow. Relieved to finally get moving we tried hard to overlook the oil soaked filthy 1/2 back seat, our new shoes are stained and ruined. The driver then proceeded to route the longest possible route (50 extra miles), we requested he go the shorter route but he just ignored us and added another hour and hundreds more to our bill because “the lines are straighter on the map”. We were scrambling to arrange care for our animals at this point and basically being kidnapped against our will so the driver could dip deeper into our account. It only got worse from there, when we finally arrived home the driver raised the rate by $1 a mile costing us hundreds more! When we objected he lowered it by .50 which is still criminal after rates were already discussed and agreed at $4 per mile. Total bill $908 for a tow that should have been 123 miles as we mapped to our home, charged for 178 miles + jacked up the rate. We are contacting our lawyer, the AG and leaving reviews everywhere. If you are wise you will avoid this company completely.
The last insult was dropping our car on our front lawn instead of in our huge driveway.
We were completely abused and are looking at criminal charges for kidnapping and forcing us to pay an increased rate.
An evening repair on my old truck at the Casey's in Pleasanton was a very good experience. They sent two mechanics and they both worked fast and efficiently to get me going again. The pricing for the job was fair to both parties and I felt relieved I wasn't being gouged by a shop. This company seems to be what the old school truckers like myself call "good people", and that means alot to us. Thank you.
Worst tow company ever. This company towed my vehicle & then told me that Bates County had it towed & when I went to the Sheriffs department to get a release they told me they did not have a release because they did not have it towed. Then went to pick up my vehicle & they refused to release it saying they required a release from the Sheriffs office. Had to have the police call them directly & have them release my car. Then they charged me $350 for a storage fee on a vehicle that was there less than 14 hours that was never supposed to be towed. Nothing but snakes & crooks here. Never use them! And if they tow your stuff come with the Sheriffs Department to get it back!! I will have my day in court over the matter.
Company came as soon as they could. Loaded up my truck, and one of the gentleman noticed my problem (covered gas pedal by my floor mat) - caused the check engine light to come on and the truck not to start. I gladly paid them - they saved me! Thanks guys.
My breaks went out and they took the truck to the shop and replaced them and they hauled my trailer to IA and back to keep my customer happy. Wonder and honest people! Most definitely would call them again.
These guys where amazing went above and beyond to help us out. They let us set at this cute little apartment they have while we waited on our ride so we wouldn't be out in the heat. They also spent the time to figure out what was going on with our Van and we are actually able to come get it and take it home the same day. Amazing job guys 100% recommend 👏 👌
I recently bought my first home, a 75x16 ft mobil home. When I was ready to move it the 18 miles to my property RB towing stepped up and made my dreams come true!! They showed up ready for any obstacles that we might face moving an older mobil home, with a full crew that was amazing. They were all on point and got the job done way quicker than I thought it was gonna take. They were all very nice, compassionate and handled me being a nervous wreck quite well. There's no doubt I won't call any other company for any of my towing or hauling needs, this company will remain at the top of my list forever!! I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and for helping make my dreams come true!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs any of the services they provide!!
These guys are AWESOME! Had a wheel bearing on my truck go out on the way home with no tools/no way to move the truck and they helped fix my bearing on the side of the road. Super quick job, did fantastic and I was on my way in no time. HIGHLY recommend these guys!!
Got stuck in peasanton on the way to Iowa and they got to me in no time and got me all tookin care of I really appreciate them and highly recommend there service
RB Towing recovered a stolen vehicle for us. Ron was great to work with and also worked well with the insurance company in getting all the information they needed to start processing the vehicle. I found out they also have road service trucks for cars, trucks and semi’s so will be sure to add his number in our trucks papers. Will use them again next time we have a need.
I was in a remote area at night and on a holiday weekend and my truck would not start. They drove a considerable distance to come and help me get my truck started when many others would not.
Came and pulled me out of a very bad situation. I am shocked that they got my truck out without damaging it. Was literally pinned against a wall in a ditch. Also, showed up in about 30 minutes when the other tow company told me at least 2 hours. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
They towed us a couple times and did a great job. Friendly and it's obvious they take their work very seriously as well as customer satisfaction. We will use them for any future tows or recovery.
Ron went well beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of. He and his crew were very kind and treated me like family. I couldn’t have asked for a better towing experience!
