They were very rude to the elderly woman and they left the chain on her car and the elderly woman’s grandson had to take the chain off of her car when she got home, she drugged that chain all the way down the road, and they made her late to work and made the woman cry

John and his team were INCREDIBLY kind and generous. We broke down late afternoon on a Friday and his team and himself stayed late to get us back on the road. 10/10 would recommend! Very kind and accommodating atmosphere as well.
