After buying two boats this year, I upgraded the coverage for both. I have never needed a boat tow, but then again I like to plan on it. Monday afternoon on Table Rock Lake - little choppy, but nice for our guests to be out on the lake. Out of the blue, the boat just stopped. It's probably nothing serious, but my BoatUS membership was there! Avery our boat tow captain was there in about 20 minutes. He was flawless. Everyone was happy. If you boat - be educated about water safety and plan on events like mine. Thanks Avery, you were awesome!
TowBoats US saved the day! My family was out and about on the lake today having a great time. We had to travel quite a ways up the Kings River from Shell Knob to get smooth enough water for some boarding. Boat decided it had enough when it busted something in the outdrive The Captain and his dog Doug came to rescue with a great attitude and a wealth of knowledge to get us back to the dock in Shell Knob safely. He even helped us get the boat into the slip and made sure we were good to go before departing. Fantastic experience. It gave us a chance to sit back and enjoy the views while being towed home. 10/10 recommend and would call again when in a pinch. Thank you TowBoats US!

Tow boats US. saved the day. Very courteous and polite extremely fast service. Helpful in trying to diagnose our issue, ultimately towed us in and even assisted loading the boat. Andrew was wonderful!! Thank you!!
