just bought an 08 avenger from this business. the owner calmed to do all kinds of work on the car. honestly i beleive he just cleared the codes 50 miles down the road flashing check engine light. i wouldnt go back to this "shop" if it were the last business on earth.

I had to have tires put on and these wonderful people went above and beyond, they even took me home and offered to come get me after my vehicle was finished. That’s great service that is hard to come by. I’ll be recommending to others

Roger and his team was great. The front end of my truck took a hit from a deer which destroyed the front end of my truck, however Roger got my truck all fixed up and back on the road in just 2 days. He could have got it all done in one day if all the parts were in.... Thanks Roger, I'll be making you my new mechanic.

Quick to respond and I’ve used them twice now in the past month for some issues with a boat trailer and both times they’ve got me worked on and going the same day. I can’t say just for everything they do, but they definitely have been great for me and would highly recommend them

Table rock Auto clinic is helping me fix multiple problems that stemmed from taking my Ford 1 ton truck to get a new motor put in it by a different local mechanic who sabotage the entire job. Roger and his team have been more than patient with all the work and figuring everything out. I’m giving them five stars because of the skill of the labor that they’re putting into my vehicle and the courteous customer service that I’m getting from this company if you need a job done right by people, you can trust who will shoot straight with you. This is definitely the place you wanna bring your vehicle . Thank you, Table Rock Auto clinic for getting me back on the road.

I wouldn't trust this guy if I had his house signed as collateral. No accountability or reliability to his promises. Tried to get an estimate but the outcome was more than double the agreed cost. Never again, try other mechanics that don't try to pull a fast one and overcharge you for everything possible.

If I could do 0 stars I would! We were on vacation at Table Rock Lake but had some issues with our trailer. This business was recommended to us. In my first in person interaction, the owner was passive aggressive and I should have known right then to take my business elsewhere but as we were from out of town, we had limited time and options, I had no choice. The trailer was making a squealing sound and the wheel hubs were extremely hot to the touch. We asked them to look at the bearings and the brakes. They replaced all 4 bearings and did a $200 dollar brake inspection (I will come back to the inspection later). While towing our boat back home, we noticed one of the bearing buddies fell off and the same axel hubs were extremely hot. We found out later this was due to over greasing from the mechanics at Table Rock Auto Clinic. I had to replace the bearing buddy myself to get us the rest of the way home. Under the recommendation of our normal and trustworthy mechanic, we brought our trailer in to be inspected. Since the bearing buddy fell off debris could have gotten into the bearing and could cause the bearing to fail. After inspecting the trailer, they determined that: one of the axel bearings were extremely loose. The wheel was rocking back and forth and had excessive play. One axle bearing was too tight. Because of the these issues, they felt it necessary to replace all 4 bearings in case anything else was done incorrectly. Luckily they didn’t damage the spindle when over tightening the one bearing as that was a concern. They gave me the bearings back which had signs of overheating from only roughly 6 hours of use. There is a picture below of one the bearings showing the discoloration which is a sign of overheating. When I initially attempted to reach out to the owner to discuss the issue, he was passive aggressive again like before but not outwardly rude yet. He told me to call the insurance company on the receipt and make a claim. I didn’t call right away as we have been busy but when I called the insurance company they informed me that they do not cover trailers, only automobiles. I called the business back and the secretary put me on hold presumably to speak with the owner. I was on hold for a bit and then the call ended. I called back but there was no answer. I called back a second time and the owner answered and was extremely rude and combative. He accused me of trying to cheat him. I tried to further discuss the situation but he was yelling over me and I had to hang up. As I look through his responses to reviews on this site it’s clear he is unprofessional and can’t take responsibility for issues with their work. I am not trying to cheat you, in fact you are cheating me. The brake inspection you did was a joke. My repair guy took one look and asked if I had taken the trailer on a gavel road. The squealing was from gravel fragments getting in between the disc and the pads and was not an issue, just annoying. You are the one cheating people and refusing to make a customers whole when you have done poor work. I have already disputed the charge with my credit card company and I have attached part of my receipt showing that Table Rock Auto Clinic did a poor job. If you want sub standard work done, then by all means go to this place. Don’t expect a refund though when you continue to have issues they were supposed to fix. Now the owner is going to respond to this with a completely unprofessional response.

Roger and his team got me back up and rolling in a really tight situation while in Shell Knob. I am from out of town, and I required a tow as well as some extensive diagnosis/repairs… The Table Rock Auto Clinic staff were swift, friendly, informative, and got my 4Runner driving smoother than it ever had previously! I’m very thankful

My car broke down on vacation. Table Rock Auto Clinic provided prompt and friendly service and had me back on the road the next day. The price was great and I am happy to recommend them to any one in the area.

It really depends on the situation if this mechanic will be good for you. If it's a straightforward, simple operation and you catch them in a good mood, they're what you want in a mechanic. Catch them on a bad day or have something a little more nuanced and it's going to be the run around with lots of nonsense value-building, quote dodging and/or price hiking. Reading through the 1 star reviews it's clear to see that Roger handles unfortunate situations with an asinine ego. So if everything goes well then everything is fine, if things go wrong you'll have a pretty aggravating experience. Overall my assessment is that when they're confident with the job, they'll give you a fair estimate and they'll meet that. When they're not confident they'll give you a hard time. That's your red flag to take that particular job to a mechanic that can handle your needs without needless complication. Changed from a 3 star to a 1. This response from the owner confirmed that this business is run by an ego and not a businessman. His story is unrelated and looks like he just canceled a random customer's appointment.

Over the last month and a half or so, Table Rock Auto has worked on three unrelated problems on my Jeep - and fixed every one of them. They worked on my vehicle within 48 hours each time and never exceeded their estimate. Once, I even ended up paying much less than their estimate, which was their idea. And once, upon realizing I was about to start walking home after turning over my transportation to them, they insisted on driving me. Bring your car troubles to Roger and his crew. Shell Knob has yet another decent repair shop.

Met the owner today and I was very impressed with his business ethic. I would definitely do business with him on any of my vehicles and trust that I am getting the best job done for a fair rate. Straightforward is what I appreciate when it comes to business and that's what you get with Rogier. Best part about it in my opinion was that we finished our business with some thanks to The Lord for all our blessings!

I wanted an interstate battery because they are the best and this how I found Table Rock Auto. I called 45 minutes before closing and was told to bring it in and they would wait for me as I was over 30 minutes away. While in route my issues were researched. Within 20 minutes, all my problems were resolved! Much respect to you sir! That's what I call service. Honesty, integrity and courtesy! I cannot say enough. You are my mechanic now. Roger and company consistently give me Very good service.over the years he has serviced several of my vehicles. If I have a new noise or the car handling doesn’t feel normal I ask them to check they always make time for such requests. I have yet to ever return to his shop because something want replaced or repaired correctly. Thanks T.R.A.C. And to Roger and his crew. Including the reception area.

I have an old 2010 BMW that Roger checks and maintains. He always asks questions and provides suggestions to help my car ? run better. I had a valve issue, Roger looked at it and suggested since it was such a specific problem that I take it to a dealer. I did, but I plan to take my car to Roger for all it's regular maintenance and tire needs.

We could have went anywhere for tires but wanted to keep it local and with someone we could trust. Roger delievered and was good to his word. Roger quoted us out the door price and that's exactly to the penny we paid. He even did a no cost aligment to make sure our new tires would last longer. We don't have alot here in Shell Knob but the things we do are truly needed. If you live here or just passing through and need auto support I can now recommend Table Rock Auto. Test drove it, jacked it up and quickly diagnosed the problem! With his assurance, we will carry on with our trip. We've never encountered a mechanic so prompt and understanding and so kind! Roger and the team are awesome! They know how to deliver customer service. They've done maintenance on all our vehicles from a Jeep to a Mercedes and we've always had satisfactory results. Fair prices, quality work, and friendly attitudes- what else would you want from an auto mechanic?

Replaced fuel pump, check engine light came on after their repair. Took vehicle to another shop where their diagnostic scan showed that the sensor or wiring has been damaged during the repair. Also did not replace rusted bolts so only 1 gas tank strap was repaired. Thanks to Eagle Rock Auto for being available to get us drivable.

Summer 2019 I had my 1972 AMC Javelin (343 motor from my 68 Javelin) stolen while I was out of state. The car thieves crashed it near Shell Knob and Table Rock Auto Clinic was the one that towed it. My insurance company was the ones that helped me track my stolen car down to this Auto Clinic months after the theft. Table Rock Auto Clinic never contacted me that they had my car. Far as I knew it was missing. I heard later that Table Rock Auto Clinic claimed ownership of my car and parted it out to fix up a similar Javelin they owned. How convenient. This is beyond unprofessional, I consider it theft of my stolen property. Police and Lawyers are slow, but I've done everything I need to do on my end. My dad and I fixed up that car from scratch. It was my first car. I loved that car, and in my opinion it was stolen twice from me. Once by drug addicts, and once by Table Rock Auto Clinic. I care for my elderly parents that used to live in Ark till dad had a stroke. I have already testified in Monett MO court against the drug addicts that stole the car, that is on record. Everything I have listed here is the truth. You are completely ignorant of the facts. I would've gladly paid for the towing fees, but the $3,000 storage fee was outrageous considering I had no idea where my car was until I tracked you down. In the end, I feel as if you saw an opportunity to steal a man's car while he was caring for a disabled veteran. Shame on you all.

Worst tow company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had wreck with a boat on down in that area and chose to call them. They were very rough on my boat and even broke the trailer jack (i have pictures to prove it). They are over priced and even went as far as charging me $100 to put a rock back that they moved more than I did. The lady's at the front desk were polite but the guy that ran the towing was extremely rude and acted as if I didn't have a choice in anything. Do yourself a favor, call someone else even if it costs more!
