Had a tire go flat from a nail, AAA said an hour wait but Eric called within 5 minutes to verify where I was. Both him and Ronnie were very helpful and had my tire changed quick. Eric found and pointed out where the nail was so I could get it taken care of. Excellent service
I’ve had my car towed with them before and the guy that helped me was great. The second time around the man I spoke with was so aggressive on the phone that I didn’t feel comfortable being alone with him, so I cancelled the tow. He proceeded to text and call me to berate me for doing so. I now feel extremely uncomfortable knowing that he has my home address. If you are a woman, call ahead and ask a women to come out. Also, I’m willing to bet most of the “rude” and “unprofessional” reviews are about the same person.
Our company has used A-1 a couple times now and have had a great experience every time with these guys!! James is a great guy. We will be using A-1 again and recommend them to anyone!!!

They did not put the key in the drop box of the shop they towed it to as they were informed to, while trying to find it they informed us this is a common problem for one of their employees. We found the key still inside the car. Not using them again.
Used A-1 to tow a van a couple of times that was dead and these guys were quick, professional, and parked my van in my driveway with consideration, asking me how and where I wanted it parked instead of how it was dumped haphazardly in my driveway previously by the mechanic. Would definitely use them again.

Ran into some trouble with my car and needed a tow and A-1 Towing came and rescued the day. They were fast and very efficient. Took my car to where I wanted and he locked it up made sure it was secure, put the keys in the drop box. Fast, reliable, super friendly service. James the owner literally went out of his way to find me a used tire, go pick it up and install it on my car so I could get back home to the kc area. All at a very cheap price. Very thankful there are still people in this world willing to help people in need without trying to get over on them. Can't recommend highly enough.
I just received service from here. I was stranded with a flat tire. Within a hour of him picking me and my 3 kids up my tire was fixed. Very reasonable priced. Im very happy about the service i received with him and his wife. I highly recommened them.
