I needed a new battery for my car key or otherwise I could have easily gotten stranded. I pulled in there just to see if they carried the right battery and the wonderful girl changed the battery out for me. Did it all. I had an awesome experience. Great customer service.

I spoke with one of your employees on the phone, Crystal Robinson was her name. All I can say is WOW! She is very knowledgeable and could answer every question I had. I also must say she was courteous and friendly. I will be getting my auto parts with her. Thanks Crystal
I am so thankful to them! We were traveling and were suddenly faced with an oil leak near Louisville. We called and they stayed open so that my son and I could get there and fix the leak that was just about to ruin my car! Without going into details, they went above and beyond helping my son and I make it to our destination! God Bless them!!
I was on hold for 25 minutes with no help. I called back three times and the same guy answered the phone and placed me on hold each time. I asked to speak to Tony but they never gave him the message. I normally deal with Starkville Autozone but since I needed it in a hurry due to my mechanic going out of town and Louisville is only 15 mins from me versus driving 45 mins I thought it would be easier. Boy was I wrong... If I can't reach Tony I'll continue to make that drive because Louisville Autozone has gone down.
The rating does not pertain to everybody. there are a few people there that need to work on their customer service. their help abilities, and willingness to go out of their way for their costumers. If they only realized that the way they treat their costumers, affects how well the store Prophets, then that would make a whole lot more money, but sadly some people just don't care.some are just there for a paycheck and want to get home as soon as possible.
Bought a strut from there and had a warranty. Went to verify warranty and was told the replacement party would be ordered and available for pickup the next day. Went back afew days later to get the part and it was never ordered. They couldn't find any records of the part even being purchased when I came back. They told me I HAD to have ordered it somewhere else. They told me a list of parts I purchased years ago and said they were purchased last year. Told me I purchased parts for a vehicle I never owned and I had to purchase the part again..😪
