Terrible, charged me 65 dollars to literally drive right down the street and unlock my truck. Once the guy came to unlock my vehicle it took him close to 45 minutes to get it open. Would you believe after charging me 65$ the guy asked me to hold the flashlight for him. Never again.

My wife and I had a blow out yesterday with no spare.. I was on the side of the road between Louisville and Starkville.. I looked up wrecker services near my location and Eubanks Wrecker pulled up.. I called and really didn't have a clue where I was but I gave Mr. Eubanks an idea of my location and he sent a wrecker for us.. Not able to find us Mr. Eubanks called me back to let me know that they were still looking for us and about 5min later the wrecker showed up.. Not being able to find a tire that fit our vehicle close to our location.. The driver took us 25 miles away to Starkville where my wife and I were able to get the tire fix and be on our way home.. Thank You Mr. Eubanks and your driver for turning a real bad situation into a story we will have for our kids and grandkids..

The company is greedy, $185 for a mile and a half tow. :(. However, the driver was nice.

BEWARE ! THIS COMPANY FOUND OUT I WAS FROM OUT OF STATE AND CHARGED ME $197 FOR A 5 FOOT PULL OUT OF A SOFT ROAD SHOULDER. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
