The reason I gave 5 stars is simply because Ms. Cathy is the real MVP. She corrects whatever insurance issue you may have. Without her this place would be lost. The other lady over there(Melissa is her name i think) will mess up your paper work and then try to convince you that it is the coverage you asked for. There used to be another young lady who used to work with this company in the past. Very sweet and professional. They should bring her back she was very knowledgeable of the business and professional like Ms. Cathy.
