This place is not easy to work with. Tried to make a payment on credit card, credit card was locked and I didn’t know to instead of the woman telling me it came back as scam or crisis they just came and repoed the truck. She could had said something and we would have went another route to make the payment. They are very disrespectful over the phone. They are nice when selling you something but bad business if something happens on paying the note when it was not in my control. Don’t get 2 weeks behind either idk what the law is right now but I’m about to find out real quick. Idk if this is even legal. She actually refused payment bc the owner of the truck is in jail right now. Idk if that’s legal either
I bought a 2003 trailblazer for them the flywheel broke and now it needs a new trans I paid 2700 cash now its going to be 2300 to have it fixed he never even got to drive it
Bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox there in October 2018. Have had nothing but problems. Upon test driving, it ran fine and had a clean Car Fax. I had it home for about a month and it's been in the shop more often than it's been on the road. Will never buy from a buy here/pay here lot ever again.
Very friendly service and great deals on vehicles. Very laid back, not pushy like most car lots. Best around, will definitely buy my next vehicle from Rodney.
Got a van from them and immediately needed a transmission. They would only offer us $500 for a trade in after getting the van from them a little more than a week.
