Great service at this location

I brought a battery and blayze installed it for me ,and made sure my car reset, he totally awesome thank you blayze.

The folks at O’Reillys in New Albany, have Been on point for Customer Service and getting my parts quick! I have bought from them several times, but this last time they really helped me out! I just picked up a trailer wiring harness for my 2001 Durango. I originally ordered it from Amazon and it got delayed. Called O’Reillys in New Albany and they got it sent overnight for free! I got to the store the next morning it was there waiting.

Always a pleasure doing business with the staff here.

One man didn't want to help me at all. It was sprinkling outside but I held thumbrella for him. Another woman came ans he stood in the rain to out wiper blades on for her. I got the fuses out myself and got soaked. He was such a butthole

Polite, knowledgeable and professional. There's a gentleman who works there who is always eager to help. 10/10 would recommend especially over the competition next door.

Very polite as they tried to tell me I'd have to buy $50-$100 in extra parts I didn't want or need for "warranty".
