My vehicle was reloaded by A/A recovery. Was told by the guy that reloaded my vehicle that all I would have to do was make one note to get my vehicle back and that he was not gonna put his charge on it, which I knew that was a lie beginning why would you you just gonna come pick up my vehicle for nothing and tow it to your lot for nothing who does that but anyway tell me to call the number so I could get my stuff belongings out of my vehicle I called and called and called. Could never get him to answer the phone to make an appointment to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. Had to call my finance company. They got a hold of him and that’s the only way I could get my belongings out bunch of bull crap.
The day they came and got my vehicle the person that came and got it threw out my food on the ground and now ants are all in it. I didn’t think that was able to go on the inside of your vehicle while it’s on private property. Just tow it only ! I get it post to be towed but not GONE THROUGH! I know I better have all my property that I had in my truck still in it when I go and pick it up. If not there will be a lawsuit! For stealing property that doesn’t belong to them!
This is the most unprofessional place to deal with. Hours are crazy and service is awful!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company. Not only are they unprofessional but they illegally keep personal items that should follow vehicles while attempting to charge for property that they should not have! This company doesn't report to local authorities of towing which illegal! They also do not report all items obtained from vehicles that have been recovered while in their possession.. So illegal at its best!!
