Called before I went and the lady on the phone was very helpful and explained all the regulations over the phone and what kind of documentation they would need. Ended up going with them and they gave me a fair price and were very easy to work with. Will be using them in the future.
The lady that answers the phone is the rudest ever. I’m not even going to bother going because imagine if she talk crazy on the phone, when you get there I am sure it’s worse.
Once you go a couple times and get familiar with how and where to go and such, it's al the best. Hands down! I literally drive all the way from the Franklin Creek area to get the best price. And on almost everything I ever bring, they've had the best price. Love the office workers, and small scales workers make you laugh every time.
I have never had anyone so rude the lady that answer the phone I told her what was goin on with the check and she said she doesn't know why the check wouldn't cash. If u don't like your job you shouldn't work there . And the lady that always at the window their she is always rude ...
Fast and easy to get around how ever first trip I got .08 cents per pound second trip I got .06 cents per pound for the same type scrap metal it's just a couple dollars but it is what it is other wise I'll keep doing business with them bc they are close.
Fair on the price,they are honest,run a courteous service for there customers they have been in business every since I remember
And I am 50 yrs old . Would not take my scrap any where else.

The person at the front desk is rude and inconsiderate and you better be there 20 mins before closing time cause they shut the scales off 10mins before their scheduled closing time and they will argue with you about the time they have their clocks set 5 to 10mins fast so they can say they are closed very rude scale operator DONT waste your time with them not worth it they say they close at 12 and will close at 11:50 if you claim to work till 12 you work till 12 thats dishonesty and sorryness and not fair to customers who work till 11 and try to get down there and unloaded before 12 and they ripped us off on 400lbs of scrap didnt get paid for 400lbs worth
I live near Poplarville. Called around to different places & Parker was giving the highest $ for copper. - also, they were courteous on the phone & @ the yard. I'll be bringing all my scrap to em?
