This place is full of money hungry jerks !! They are rude and completely unprofessional. Even if your insurance is offering to pay DO NOT let them send these people out to you !! The son thinks he knows EVERYTHING and the second you disagree he calls his “daddy”

Do not use Sullivans Towing! Tim wont stand behind what his drivers tell his clients. He said it wasn't his fault because his driver no longer works for him. Poor Business!
One of Sullivan's tow trucks was towing a broken down car from the long term parking lot at Jackson Airport. I was late for my flight and the shuttle bus was delayed, so I decided to walk from the parking lot. A nice young man named Ashley went out of his way to give me a ride to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight. Thank you Ashley!
If I could leave a 0 I would. My car got stuck in the grass because it was raining and my insurance company sent them. When he came and saw it was harder than he thought he literally GOT IN THE TRUCK AND DROVE OFF. He said call the insurance company and get somebody else. Terrible. Just left. Mind you it was raining and my son was in the car. What kind of man, yet alone a worker would do that? He didn't even try.
Sullivans towing was wonderful to work with! They were great communicators and kind. They provided fuel on a late night delivery need and made it to us in 15 minutes! Extremely thankful! Would recommend!

We were traveling on I49 North when our transmission went out. Stranded on the side of the road….. Sullivan’s was there within 30 minutes. Towed us to Jackson MS. We requested a trailer tow due to having our 5 dogs with us. It was honestly a great experience. The driver was super nice and accommodating.
My mothers car broke down and after another tow company had us waiting for three hours, the insurance company sent Sullivan’s. The driver was very good with communicating his eta and was there within 40 minutes. Will definitely recommend.
Today after going to my mother-in-laws memorial in Jackson - we had a tire come apart from the rim on hwy 49. I alerted AAA, who suggested that we call 911 given our location (half on the road, half on shoulder) and she would send a request. A Rankin County deputy arrived and we got the spare down just as another officer arrived as well as Sullivan's.
The officers remained until our tire was changed which was really awesome of them. Sullivan's not only changed our tire but given the spare was not in great shape, tried to find a tire place close by. Tho we were unsuccessful in doing so and we took the chance to drive home - they didn't have to make calls or try to locate a place open. We deeply appreciate them - this shows that not only are they wonderful at taking care of customers needs - they are truly good human beings. We thank you again as well as Rankin County sheriff's dept. for your help today.

My husband and I had left a review about a month ago that is not showing up so I felt the need to share our experience so others can be warned when getting their vehicle towed. During our truck being towed the driver did not secure our vehicle properly on the tow truck. The driver was texting while driving and wasn't paying attention, meanwhile, a vehicle in front of us had stopped in order to turn. If it wasn't for me speaking up he would have rear ended this vehicle. He slammed on breaks causing the truck that wasn't secured properly to slam into the tow
truck. The impact was so hard that it caused damage to the tow truck and our steel craft wench bumper was damaged. That wasn't the worst of it. The owners of Sullivan's could care less about us or the damage caused . When my husband called them the owners wife hung up on him. Very unprofessional. Just a word of caution. If you decide to use this service you are on your own if something happens.
My 2019 Ram 1500 (7300 miles) decided to break down on my way from Flat Rock, Alabama to Fort Worth, TX on 6/21/2020. I was towed off I-20 into the Ram dealership in Jackson, MS by Jay of Sullivan’s towing. He made an otherwise bad day much better by his humor, kindness and wisdom. The world could use a few more people like Jay! Thanks again! BTW, it was a broken plastic clip on the throttle body that caused the catastrophic engine failure.

Law had my daughter car in and I went to get her things out cause everything she own is in her car 30p cash purse n clothes. He was very rude. I always had my thing tow there ..even sold my truck that I wreak to them. Thumb down from down for them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even after your insurance pays to have the car towed and stored, they told me I could not collect my personal items from my vehicle until i paid them $50. The woman on the phone was very rude and hung up after I informed her I would not be paying $50 just to collect what is already mine. I had to wait for my car to be towed elsewhere to collect my things for free. Save yourself the money and take your business elsewhere.
