Found a part I needed for a project. 24 Kia. They had it in stock, Don was super helpful through the whole process.. got the part in less than a week. Shipping company did not handle with care. A few prices were damaged. We agreed on a $ amt and they refunded me for the damage. Will be in touch again for the next “project”
Our passenger side seat started to rip. I had good luck in the past using local salvage yards for other vehicles. This one was a bit more challenging. I found OK Auto Parts via the Internet and they had the exact seat I needed. Problem was I am 6 hrs away. I called and Donny was awesome in confirming they had it and offered to ship it direct to me. While the shipping was high but reasonable, the seat price was amazing. They shipped it out quickly and what I received was a like new seat. Very well packaged. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will keep them in mind on future projects!

I have always used this place of business and the guys there are very knowledgeable and they get you in and out . And the price is normally always reasonable.
fantastic experience buying an engine. I bought an engine from ok auto, a 2tr-fe from them. They are very reasonable with pricing they have excellent communication and customer service and when I received the engine at my work everyone was blown away at just how well packaged it was. I highly recommend doing business with ok auto.
I ordered a rim for a Ford Explorer through eBay and these people. I received it took it too my local tire store too put it on my vehicle and it was bent. I called them and told them and all they said was they did not have anymore of them. I drive 140 miles a day with this vehicle too work and can’t do it with the donut spare. I explained that too the people and said I would find another rim somewhere else and return this one too them or they could return my money too me. Asked them if they check their parks for quality before they ship it but got no response too that question. Or an answer to my question about getting my money back. So I lost $322.00. So beware of these people if you don’t live local to them and you are getting something shipped too you. I called the BBB about them and talked to eBay as well. Why I hate ordering anything online. It’s a risky thing too do and I got burnt. But do believe in KARMA. Just think twice about these people they are shady.

Today I have an opportunity to right a positive review because I've gotten amazing service. I called OK Auto Parts #2 and had the pleasure of talking with Mark, he identified that they had the wheels I needed and indicated that they had tires on them that were in good shape. So, I ordered the wheels and tires, (which ordering tires on wheels is something I don't normally do). I must say for a business owner in the same line of work, that an employee like Mark is an asset with qualities that many of us rarely have the pleasure of employing. You better hold on to that one he is definitely a keeper!

Lousy customer service, the employees yell at customer when I asked about the engine not having acceriores told me he would just refund my money I drove over an hour to get there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If the engine turns out to be bad I will not return it that is how bad I was treated.
Great customer service at a good price. They shipped my mirror out of state in a well packaged box in just 3 days. Mark did a good job - I would use this salvage yard again without hesitation.
great sevice quality and most of all value ...this business saved me 878.00 or a brake computer part for my 04 Denali ... They are the most professional of any company I have had dealings with. I love this concept.. saving money and getting quality parts... at bargin prices...
