The Auto Tech here diagnosed a Diesel as needing an ECM. The vehicle was picked up and taken to another shop because the ECM was professionally fixed by a Tech in Georgia. The problem was a Bad Fan Clutch ! And the Tech pierced several wires on the ECM harnesses & didn’t seal the pin holes ! HORRIBLE HABIT !!!
Sorry service! They call there selves fixing your vehicle in the process the mess up parts to what they fixed and have a smart mouth about and want you to pay for what they messed up!!! Run the other way!!!
They guys are great had a broken ball joint they came picked my truck up took it back to there shop fix it and got my truck back to me if you need a tow or something fixed give them a call they will not disappoint you will be doing more business with them they were all very nice good family atmosphere with these guys thank y’all again for all that y’all did
Not honestly people they to make money car need work take it somewhere else Left bolts loose and said something else wrong with car to make more dam money THAT NOT BEING HONEST
I had a flat at 4:30 pm as I traveled to visit family…it was the day after Christmas and I was sent to Elmores. They were SO kind and offered to tow me or replace my tire the next day! They waited 45 mins PAST closing so I could wait for family to get me from Madison Ms…GREAT people, great business and I would highly recommend them!
These people are super nice and very dependable. They stand behind their work and I would highly recommend them for all automotive repair needs Great job guys!
