Truck wasn’t cranking right, knew it was battery or alternator.. went to my Booneville,ms O Reilly and the young Lady there checked my battery,alternator and check engine light… seen it was a battery dead.. helped me select the best one I needed and replaced it for me!! Quick fast service and helpful.. especially since I am an old guy I appreciate it!!

Alli was super friendly, and helped me with a smile on her face the entire time. She went above and beyond to find the part I was looking for. Even when her computer didn’t give us what we were looking for she used every resource possible to find the part I needed. They gave the wrong fog light bulb and saying it was the right one. It was gong to a tacoma 2021. They just don't know what they are doing they just guess so they can get your money.
Card readers were not working and kept denyi G my card even after the associate heard me talking to my bank and the card company saying everything was okay with my accounts and card.

Great place for all your aomutomotive needs. If its happens to be something they don't have they can get it quickly! Better prices than other parts stores in town too!
This particular O'Reillys part store has some good employees. I frequently get my parts here all the time. Mostly the evening crew is more helpful. Day shift just does the minimum as far as helping the customer, they don't recommend other options or give the best solutions. If you have to go either know what you need or go after 5pm.
O'reilly price match was a real help. A competitor had a lower price, although they would have to ordered the part. O'reilly's had it in stock and matched there price. I will definitely shop there again.
I got a 5 dollar card in the mail tried to purchase a gallon windshield cleaner for 4:45 was told I could only us it for a purchase of exactly 5 dollars. I have always used O'Reilly's but never again!
