I’ve done a little business with them. Haven’t had a bad part from them, but if I work all day and get off at four, they will not answer the phone even though they close at five. It’s not like I’m going to bother them too much or come up there at last minute. I just have a few questions answered. probably won’t take no more than five minutes.
Big john always see's to it that I get what I need,super cool dude. They have great prices and have always treated us with professional courtesy. I'll always call them first.
I have asked several times to speak to the owner workers refuse have been dealing with the same motor issue for 30 days if the owner even cares feel free to get in touch with me
This place is a total joke. They kept giving bad transmissions and I just asked for a flat out refund got tired of driving 50+ mins to return parts and doing warranty claims. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
This place is rink e dink. Drove three and half hours to get a bumper after telling them I was coming. Only for them to tell me when I was almost there that they had nobody to pick it up off the ground and bring it up front. Never trying them again.
Lambert Auto Salvage is my go to for all our shop transmission & engine jobs. We happily make the 142mike drive to them. Cade always makes sure to meet our shops needs to make sure our customers have peace of mind with buying a used unit. & their warranty program is awesome.

The salesman lied to me right off the store. One told me that we could see the part. He told me we couldn't. He showed me a picture when I said. I need to put eyes on it that the pictures don't do Justice and I know that he said, that was their policy. I have talked to other people that goes down on the yard and see parts all the time.
He would not pull it and let them bringer it up for us to look at it. Until we paid for it and then after we paid for it. He said there was no refund on body parts.
Josh Tolar was an amazing salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was top notch. We purchase a lot of used parts throughout a years time and I can guarantee I will do my best to only buy from Lamberts auto from now on. I can not brag enough about the kindness and generosity of Josh it’s amazing to meet someone that is genuine and truly caring about about other people!!!! I don’t get impressed very often but I was truly impressed with Josh…. Hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with in any retail environment…
45 year Shop Owner. Quoted 300 or cheaper on Phone. Drive 6 hours and doubled price and said Salesman quoted wrong price and they did not honor their advertised prices on car-part. Super Rude!
I recently found some 22’s GMC Denali rims and tires pull off’s at this location. Went to get them balanced and making sure they wasn’t warped or having any problems but found that one of the rims was indeed warped so when we found the problem, we ran right back up there to let RUSSELL know what we found. He said he would send them off and get it fixed. Instead of sending them off, as he promised he would, he tells us he broke them down and supposedly found “a big clump of mud in the rim” so we again go to make sure he fixed the problem and still was warped. I will not be doing anymore business with this location. I expected way more but all I got was laziness and him taking the cheap route out. 10 of 10 do not recommend.
I called them regarding an ECM they had. They were very professional and polite. I purchased an ECM from them and had it shipped to me. Unfortunately the ECM was faulty. ( No fault from their side). I had no problems returning the ECM and getting a full refund back. They even sent me a return label to ship it back at no cost. Just there professionalism is enough for me to buy from them and use them in the future for other parts.
After over 2 week and countless phone calls made searching for a couple of replacement rims for my car with no luck I called and spoke to Russell and within just a few minutes he was able to check and verify that they did in fact have exactly what I needed. So if you have a need more than likely the best place to call FIRST is Lambert Auto Salvage. Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices!
Excellent help getting location of part friendly service and quick! They also loaned me a tool which was very helpful. I was comfortable to ask questions and the prices were fair. My go-to for parts!
Talked to the guy late afternoon yesterday about a part. He said he had it & our name was on it. Drove an hour away to be here when they opened & the guy has the nerve to say he sold 150 of them after we talked to him & ours was 1 of them! No I'm sorry no nothing! Come to fund out from other customers he does that ALL the time & hes worthless! Never deal with him! The customer said to always deal with the woman here or dont deal with them! Sorry excuse for a business!
Most of the time, you can find used parts for cheap here. They use a PC inventory system to look and see if they have the part your looking for. So therefore it's not like back in the day to were literally had to go look on the yard for the vehicle then the part needed. They have a part search on their website also. Great customer service also. 5 stars for this place! Any place that saves me dollars is great to me!
Very helpful people that have respect for you... that a BIG Plus in itself... and the guy that brought my part up was some Lind of cute.... so for sure gonna go back.... cause I gotta see the cute guy they call PACO.....
There is a guy named big john that works there and he's pretty cool!! Some of the other guys can have smart mouths!! They have just about anything you could possibly need!! Call ahead of time so they'll have the parts you need pulled and waiting on you! They literally have everything from mechanical to interior! From bumper to bumper!!
