The service in o’Reillys of Picayune, Ms has a bad customer service personal. Gave bad service and told us to leave. He has a long beard. We want be back there again.
Went and bought a brake caliper. It came with the bracket witch I did not need and because I did not use it it voided my warranty. How come I was not told this.
Called at 12:44 PM on 01/11/2026 and was immediately hung up on. No one said hello or let me place you on hold or anything else. Dude acted like he wanted to give minimal information on transmission fluid price, amount needed and availability of product. He kept mentioning how he would have to walk down the aisle to check. Either hire more employees so people can actually help customers find what they need or pick ones who can multitask. Please and thank you! Employee seemed like he was overworked and exhausted.
Went there to get windshield wipers and the lady behind the counter said they wouldn't put them on in the rain. It was only misting. Went down the street to Auto Zone and the man working there was so nice. He laughed about the rain thing. Will only go to Auto Zone from now on.

They went out there way to help me get the exact part I needed to fix my truck and let me fix it in the parking lot. Advanced auto parts employees did nothing to help to help me. My truck thru the belt and my engine over heated. I needed a new belt, and needed 2 gallons of antifreeze and 2 gallons of water to refill my cooling system up again. They told me I could not fix my truck in the parking lot. I was stuck in there parking lot for 3 1/2 hours waiting for my engine to cool down enough just to be able to O'Reilly's directly across the street while they ignored me. Also it was almost 100 degrees out side with no cloud coverage. I would not suggest anyone to shop at Advanced in Picayune, Mississippi. They have fired all there employees more than 2 Times since this summer. Advanced does not deserve a half star in no way. Advanced went to crap after Ronnie quit working for them. Advanced employees don't know anything about the parts business. I've been a mechanic for 40 years and never had a uneducated parts person that is no older than a 23 years old kid wants to tell me the parts I asked for is not the right parts when he don't know about Auto parts.
My first time goong to oriellys and paid 30 dollars for one fuse n it broke on me soon as i tried to put it in. And couldnt get a refund even though i never even left the parking lot cause “i put it in the car”

I spend lots and lots and lots of money in O'Reilly's yearly but I must say the O'Reilly's in picayune is by far the worst I have ever encountered Sydney is horrible with a very bad attitude, Tracy doesn't have any customer service and John the other manager is a punk
I walked in, and the female clerk asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was looking for and what I was driving. She looked everything up, and then went and collected it for me. Whole transaction took less than 5 minutes. I love it when people know what they are doing and take pride in their job.
Very Responsive to my needs , kind & courteous. Explained what I needed & why . Dylan was very patient with me & worked quickly to help make my very bad day a little brighter . Thank you
Stopped here today for a transmission seal and the 3 people who were just standing behind the counter talking literally argued with each other about who is going to look up what I needed. Horrible service.
The associate working helping me was fantastic. My husband was stuck on the side of the road and she spoke with him on the phone and got everything he needed to get him back on the road. I believe her name was Yuca..( so sorry if misspelled). Love this location
I rented this tool and took this picture on the counter of the store and texted it to my husband to make sure I was getting the right one. I put down $74.88 and was told if no damage was done I will get my money back. I returned it, and returned it 4 hours later and a different employee was there and Accused me of hammering on it. I told him no we did not, then after keying it in yells across the counter to his boss (what you want me to do about this, it’s seen better days) his manager says we will inventory it out and get a new one. I got my money back but was very embarrassed and was so upset that I forgot about the picture I took till I got home. I looked back at the text I sent my husband and blew up the picture in my phone and the damage they said we did was already there and the tool worked fine for us. I will never go back to them again for anything and I will always take pictures of anything I rent going forward. I really only took the picture to make sure I was renting the right tool. Be careful with these people!!
I have gotten some quality parts for a good value here in the past....BUT if you have any issues they do not honor warranties and will always try to find a way out of making the issue right. Just go to AUTOZONE or Advanced. Much better service.
Can have good deals, good customer service. Veriaty of car products. Usually get my hoses and belts here when other auto stores don't have what I need.
When the other local parts store are out of a part we need or can't seem to figure out to help us with what we need. For se reason everytime we go to o'reilly's they always seem to be able to help us.
Help was well not helpful...one guy was just plain out rude.. Needless to say expensive..but car broke down in their parking lot so had no choice..will never go back by choice thats for sure!!!!!
Was told that this location had parts and drove 30min. to get parts just to hear that they couldn't find them. So I had to drive across town to another location just to get the parts. So for all the time lost and mileage for failure to put your hands on the parts I have to give a 1 *
Sales associate was professional and very helpful. They had what I needed and willing to price match if I found it cheaper but they were already the cheapest. I will be a repeat customer for certain.
I was in need of a shop manual for a 98 Volvo a hard to find book and they had one in stock and saved me 30.00 Billy gave me great service and saved the day thanks Billy and O'Riley.
