called to see if they had a few parts and theres no possible way the guy looked it up that fast because as soon as i said the car he was just nope dont got nothing like how do u know did u even look. most likely not. and then had me on hold for 10 mins. i mea nhe answered and didnt say hi or anything mans just the fastest please hold ive ever gotten with no amount of curitousy

Very disappointed. Bad customer service cos tried to order a radiator for Mr kept my money for a week not bothering to Call me an let me know anything. Got money back tho.. Sir 2 people repeated my phone number an I also called my self and got the run around

Very helpful and had the rear glass we had been searching for for a month. Had a little bit of a wait while the glass was salvaged off the vehicle, but they had told us it would be at least an hour, so we were able to drive downtown and catch a few sites. Good experience with this shop.

Good place to get old parts that are hard to find

We had to wait a while because there was only one person pulling parts, but the price was 50% less than Lamar, and 25% less than Rogers and in much better condition than both!

Cheapest price on parts and didn't take long for them to pull considering there was only one person available to pull parts.

Help me find a drive shaft for a much more reasonable price and anybody else. Definitely worth the drive.

Takes a little while to get your items because they pull the parts when you get them.

Helped me out when I was in a bind and was very fair. The old school way of doing business the right way!!!

I called them about 3 hours before i was coming to make sure they had the part i was looking for and to get the price. The salesman told me they had it and to bring my old part in. I drove 2 hours to get there and I sat in the waiting area about 30 minutes, he comes back and says he doesn't have the part. Will never do business there again!! Would never recommend them to anyone. Worst service ever!!! Didn't even want to give them a star but it wouldn't let me post it without clicking the star.
