Just left O'Reilly. Sunday morning (2/15) 10:50 am. My wife went to O'Reilly to get windshield wipers. Guy behind the counter looked up what she needed, reluctantly, and then scoffed at her when she asked where she could find them and he said probably on aisle... he wouldn't put hs phone down to help, didn't even remotely offer to help her put them on, which she really needed. Used to be my go to place in Madison for my auto needs, not anymore.
Fast, efficient service! The nicest young man just changed my windshield wiper blades and asked me to test them to be sure they were working properly. The weather is really bad so I appreciated his attention to my safety.
From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Douglas in a friendly and helpful manner. He was so kind to go out in this extreme heat and install my windshield wipers. It is truly rare now to be treated with the kindness and helpfulness that Douglas showed during my visit.
Super nice staff and the guy who helped me was helpful and got me taken care of quick. He made sure everything was set and good, knowing I had a long drive to Georgia so I appreciated him doing that. I will definitely come here again if I come to anymore problems with my car.
I had car problems today, and when I got to O’Reilly’s, they were all super nice, and so helpful. The two ladies upfront knew a lot about cars, and helped me diagnose the problem. Thanks to all the staff, and my guardian angel that followed me to the repair shop.
Lots of parts in stock if not can get in 24 hours. Go into this an any parts stores knowing what you need, part number/description, unless super common part.
Let me say first, that Yasmine is the BEST! We are traveling from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Baton Rouge, Louisiana and our upper right coolant hose blew out on the hwy. We were able to make it to a Gas station, but no auto part store around walking distance. We called Auto Zone and they didn’t have the part to fix and do not deliver. We called the next best auto parts company O’Reillys and Yasmine answered the phone. Yasmine told us there was No deliveries, but she gets off in a couple of minutes and she could take us the parts! OMG, she was our LIFE savior! Yasmine got us the part within a few minutes and was on her way home! I just wanted to say thank you Yasmine and that O’Reillys should have you as the BEST employee they have. I am writing an email to Coporate about Yasmine being a GREAT person!
We stopped by to get new windshield wipers. The challenge installing them was real. Quentin came out to help because he saw us struggling. Thank you, Quentin!!
Battery died in this oppressive heat. Had the car jumped off and drove to our local O'Reilly auto parts in Madison. Purchased the battery and Jon installed it in a matter of minutes. Thank You Jon and team.
Stopped in today because one of my brake lights was out and hoped they could point me in the right direction to get it fixed. I spoke with Douglas, he took a look at my brake lights, found what I needed and even put it in for me. He was so nice and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
It took ENTIRELY too long to get checked out here. There was only 1 girl up front handling returns & check out. I was walking around looking for something, with a look of confusion on my face, and was STRAIGHT looked at and passed up by the "manager" of the store. It would have been nice to of gotten simple acknowledgement, MUCH LESS customer service! I mean, he could have asked if I needed help locating items or helped the lady handling business up front with a line of waiting customers! Boo!
Trying to pick up my parts and the Employee locked the door at 10 minutes till seven and ignored us at the door. Employee was assisting another customer but wouldn't come to the door until we left. The stores is supposed to stay open till 9. They couldn't find the seals I needed until I looked up the part numbers myself. I spend a lot of money at this store with my business. I've about given up, hire better employees O'Reilly this is sub par service you're providing now.
These guys do a good job and make it right if theres a mistake. They always have the parts I need with good service, don't waste your time anywhere else.
Rob at the Madison HWY 51 store is AWESOME! He helped my with my car when my husband was out of town. He provided excellent customer service, remembered me from last time and would not even take a little money for what he did for me. I am truly grateful he is there and O'Reilly is there just when I needed them.
Went in, they checked the battery, it was bad and we had a new one. In and out quickly and efficiently, however I seem to remember 5 year warranty batteries for $70. I must be getting Alzheimer's, I'll have to donate to the appropriate charity this year.
Good location of this chain parts store. Staff does try to be helpful but sometimes they do have to order parts they do not have on hand for older vehicles
The guys in here super helpful, knowledgeable, and actually seem to enjoy there job. Will def go back whenever needing auto parts, cleaners or automotive advice. Thanks
Very happy with the selection of products, prices, and most importantly the store hours. They're open earlier and later than some of the other nearby auto parts stores. It really helps. The staff is friendly.
