Jan.5 ran out gas 2 blocks from home. Left my vehicle off the road overnight. Went back next morning- no vehicle…. MPD had it towed . It had been there less than 12 hours overnight. Chancelor towed it.They don’t know why they towed it and neither does MPD. The towing plus storage charges have piled up.I have yet to get my vehicle back. At this point I can’t afford to. Should have never been towed in the first place. Thanks MPD and Chancelor…..
They got right on my trailer, repaired it had a hiccup when I got it home they sent a mobile repair to my trailer and made it right when others probably would have told me to deal with it.
On our way to NC our engine started heating up. Several places couldn’t help us but Jacob came to us at the truck stop. We followed him to the shop within an hour we were back on the highway. The whole team was very kind and helpful.The charge was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Not even “Shadetree mechanic” level. Tore up more than he fixed. If you have time to waste and money to burn, this is the place for you. I wouldn’t take a tricycle here for repair.
Good part of the day
I would not recommend this shop, guys you will just loose money if you choose this shop, they are working improperly, they installing parts with improper way so you have to again check in to another shop in order to fix their fault. Moreover they never accept it and never refund it. Bad shop ever.
Horrible shop, never enter to this shop. They installed brake chamber incorrectly, after 200 miles we had to enter other shop for brake chamber and they didn't reimburse our money for installing part incorrectly

They replaced our motorhome engine when we broke down while on vacation. He got it done faster than he thought it would take. We drove it from MS back home to FL without any issues.
Don’t come to hire do you can lost your time and mony only one shuze order 4 hours only one shose 9,30 am inter out2 pm charging $ 602.99 he is name Josh not a frendle people

A rip off. never go to this place. I was charged a tow fee when they didn't even tow my vehicle. I told them not to send out a heavy wrecker, but the state trooper called for one when I didn't need it. I canceled it, and they still charged me.
Fast and friendly. Did good work with good prices. Highly recommend Steve for your big rig. They went above and beyond to help me get my load delivered while my truck was down! Way to go steve!
These guys are awesome, I would come back for service here again. My partner and I both had work done on our trucks, and we are pleased with the quality of the work.
Very helpful mechanics. I called thinking it was a simple jumpstart issue. Thanks to a very observant mechanic the real issue was found and replaced in a timely manner.

Great guy. Great work. Had a bracket bust on my airride on my 36' gooseneck. Which caused my axel to slide and bust bolt on leaf spring. He was able to fabricate new brackets for me and fix my leafs. I'm very grateful for Steve and his hard working employees . Saved me big time so I could get my loads delivered. All for a great price too. Definitely recommend Steve. 10 star performance
They sent out a mechanic that apparently had no idea what he was doing..replaced a gasket on the drive axle I'm at loves in TX getting it replaced now..he also replaced a brake chamber and the next morning I had no brakes which when another mechanic was sent out I step on the brakes and the chamber bust off because he had forgotten to tighten the clamp....beware...
Steve's truck and trailer did a great job, it took long for parts then it did to do job. A pay attention to detail shop. Highly recommend this place I'm from another state and received a very fair price. 2 thumbs up

Steve and the whole shop crew and office girls are top notch.
I got there with a blown radiator top.The cheapest radiator was in jackson Mississippi. He sent for the radiator and only charged 45 bucks. I was there first thing in the morning. Thatd when steve seen a mama cow in labor. So we cased her down and one of his friends extracted the calf. Thats how my birthday began for me. By 4pm i was on the road again.
It would have taken me days just to get un the shop at frieghtliner ect. Time is $$. Steve has a worthy crew out there. They will get you in and out. I was rolling and thats all that matters. Thats the payoff of going to steves shop.

Nice shop and nice people. We had to have a turbo replaced on an Cummins ISX that also needed the DFP, DOC and Intercooler cleaned due to turbo failure. Truck has been running for 2 weeks with no problems.
They will over charge you! I had 2 leaf springs fixed (lawn mower trailer)& it took less than an hour. They quoted me $85 an hour an when it was time to pay they charge over $200!! I supplied the leaf springs and the trailer was as at there shop. They will act friendly & turn on you when it's time for you to pay! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
