Wonderful people. After being left for 4 hours by a different tow company we called frost choice and they literally got there within 20 minutes. They were so great and understanding. Not only that they called the tire shop for us to let them know we were on our way and the tire shop had everything ready for us. Over and beyond great service

Truck wasn't working, called First Choice, Damian came out and hooked up cable. I could not get the Gear shifter to move due to no power, Damian whirled his hands around the air and touched the battery with 24 volts and THEN was able to start motor. Damian unhooked cable and I went to Courtesy. Dang $3.00 brake switch pad was all that was wrong.
On Christmas Eve, my driver’s engine suddenly stopped & vehicle went into the ditch. I Google searched towing companies & First Choice was the first hit with 5 stars! I called & they were on-site in 20 minutes. They recovered the vehicle, dropped it a repair shop, then took my driver to a safe location while waiting for Uber. Again, all this Excellent Customer Service late on Christmas Eve! I highly recommend First Choice Towing!
My teenage daughter broke down on the way home and I called First Choice Towing. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided. Their response time was fast and everyone was very polite and helpful. They really care about their customers. I HIGHLY recommend them.
Excellent service!!! My children and I were stranded in the cold on Christmas Eve and this young man came to our rescue. He went above and beyond what most anybody would do and was a real lifesaver! He is the only company that would answer or respond and showed up quickly. He gave us all a ride to the tire store, even went to another store to pick up a part for us, and ended up towing us to another location since the place we were at was too expensive. Best service and highly recommended!!!
