Holifield has terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!! We had a trailer stuck in the mud nearby, and called them on a Saturday afternoon. They asked us to send pictures of the situation, so they could be better prepared. We sent the pictures, and they confirmed receipt of them. We then proceeded to wait for 4 hours, still assuming they were coming to help us. We tried calling multiple times, left multiple voicemails, and they completely ghosted us, with no response. It would have been so easy for them to simply let us know, that they either couldn't, or wouldn't help us. Instead I paid my employees to twiddle their thumbs, and by the time we realized they weren't coming to help, it was quite late. We found someone else the next day, to help resolve our problem. If you want professional service, I would NOT recommend calling these folks.

AAA let us down but Sheila at Holifield really came through for us when our trailer tire blew on I-59! Had us back in the road in no time! Thanks again!
