Jacks on our 5th wheel camper came down and would not go back up. We were At Buc-ees in Robertsviille MS and at 12 midnight he helps us remove our front landing gear to be fixed later at final destination. Awesome people .

I chose Jones Towing because of the great reviews, and I’m glad I did! We had a difficult towing job with a large and expensive vehicle, in a very small parking garage. You can tell they are professionals because they got the job done! Kelly was very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

If I could give Jones Towing more than 5 stars, I would! Lowell drove over an hour away to tow our car to the car dealership. He was super nice and made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable towing company.

Jones Towing was assigned to take care of my Battery issues in my motorhome, by AAA. Gator was my Tech, while Lowell coordinated from his office in Ocean Springs. They were personable, professional and on-time. I would recommend them to anyone who has towing or battery needs.

A driver, could have been the owner, stopped on his way to two other jobs to get my car back on the road after fishtailing following the Gulfcoast blizzard of 2025! I hadn't even called their business. He just showed up like an Angel and was as kind and compassionate as I would imagine one to be! I will always call on them in the future and encourage others to do so also!

My Van and I was stranded in Gulfport. Th tow truck Driver helped me out twice. He was the nicest, kindness driver I ever met. He stayed nice while working in the cold and made sure I was warm in his cab.

I had to evacuate from Florida for hurricane Milton and headed to New Orleans for a few days. On the way there I had car trouble and then more car trouble on the way back, this time in the middle of nowhere at a rest stop on I-10. My insurance dispatched Jones Towing and the service was amazing! Mr. Jones called to say he was on the way and got more details. He arrived 15 mins earlier than the estimated time and took great care loading my car. I rode with him about 30 miles to the mechanics shop and had a great conversation with him. He even dropped me off at my hotel. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Jones to anyone!

He was very helpful, easy to reserve and quick to respond! filled our flat and he waited almost an hour for me because I got delayed… He was able to get our big SUV exactly where we wanted it even with a tight space. 100% recommend. Pricing is good too!

Called Jones towing at 2 AM on July 4th because our college aged son and his friend broke down on the way to the beach. Lowell picked them up and towed them to Perdido. Got here at sunrise. Best company ever. Stayed in touch with us the whole way. Can’t recommend them enough. We were turned away by two other tow companies and then I went to Google and looked at reviews. There is a reason Jones has an almost 5 star rating.

Had to have my Tesla tow to New Orleans for new 12V battery. So helpful! Fantastic customer service! This company I will use again if need be. Thank you guys soooo much! I really appreciate it. I just wanted to think Jones Towing for helping me out. My daughter was going to be working in Gulfport for a few months.Like any parent they worry about the car breaking down and your kid being stuck and me being 4 hours away. I started looking up Towing company's around Gulfport and called Lowell with Jones Towing and asked if would be able to help if we needed him and he said yes just give me a call.Then I get the call from my daughter hey my car want start. I told her to call Jones Towing and tell him what's going on with the car so she did and he picked up a battery cleaned everything and got her back on her way. Thanks for taking care of my baby girl.

Hands down the best towing company in the south. Not only was the pick up time super quick, but Mr. Lowell Jone’s and Mr. Kelly’s customer service was phenomenal. I can’t say that I’ve had kind-hearted customer service like that with any business across the south in years. Thank you both!!

My car would not start for the life of me so I had to call the tow truck. I happen to talk to Mr. Lowell Jones and when I tell you, he was the sweetest person. It was pouring really bad and when he came instead of towing my car he checked my car and it started unexpectedly! He could’ve charged me but he didn’t and he even checked up on me to made sure I got it to the dealership safely. I don’t really ever leave reviews but he truly made my day. Thank you so much!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. My car battery died right before work, so I had to find a ride. While I was at work I was able to tell them my address, the make and model of my car and by the time I got home everything was fixed for me. I didn’t have to take it anywhere which was great and he did everything so fast! I was very thankful for him and highly recommend their services!

There aren't enough stars here to rate the degree of Professionalism, Care and Courtesy that you receive from Jones Towing. This truly was the epitome of what you want your experience to be if you need roadside assistance of any sort. First, the Insurance company told me that they wouldn't be there in under that two hours. He was there within less than 45 minutes. He contacted me on the phone about two minutes after the insurance company. When the driver arrived he found out that I didn't have any of the tools that I needed to have in order to simplify the process (A star key to remove the locks from the lugs , no tool for lowering the spare). He could have just told me as the police had and the insurance company, "You are gonna have to be towed to the nearest facility and leave the vehicle there until Monday (this was on a Saturday night))". After assessing the situation, the driver informed me that he would remove the star key but I wouldn't be able to use it again, after my approval he went to work. He devised a tool of his own to remove the spare. He went through a lot of tries before he finally got the result needed. This took a while and a lot of going through tools. He could have given up and i would have understood but, that wasn't the resolve that was in him. it was a cold Saturday Night (02/17/24 you can check the weather on this date). I had my two young granddaughters with me and he never asked that they get out of the vehicle as a matter of fact he checked with me to make sure they were warm. Once he got everything off and put back together he used a torque wrench to ensure everything was tightened to specs. Here is a crowning ;jewel, the next day he researched where I could find the tool for lowering my spare and removing my lugs and sent them to me. I could go on giving my raves about the Professionalism, Care and Courtesy that you get from Jones Towing. if ever, I'm in need of Roadside Assistance, I want "JONES TOWING" because I know that it can't get any better. If I lived to be a thousand I couldn't thank them enough.

Lowell was amazing! AAA first attempt to send me a tow was gonna take 4 hours. So I asked them to assign it to someone else. When they assigned it to Jones Towing, Lowell called me right away to give me an estimate of his arrival, and it was accurate. I had a classic car, and he took care and made sure to prevent any damage while he was loading it on the truck. Then I got in the truck with him, and we drove an hour and a half from Moss Point MS to New Orleans. We had a great conversation on the way. The next day, he texted me to recommend a shop as I was having a hard time finding a shop to work on my classic. Great guy all around! Many thanks!

Mr. Jones and Jones Towing service truly cares about their customers. He went out of his way to help me get back on the road. He went the extra mile helping me get my car running and found the problem right away when other towing companies didn’t even try to figure it out. I highly recommend using his company! He pays attention to detail and provides the best customer service!

Our car was sitting on I-10 west where traffic is fast and dangerous. I contacted Jones Towing and he met me within an hour. He had already surveyed the situation and was ready to move the car to dealership. He took command, handled the situation with confidence and I felt secure in the midst of the situation.
