BEWARE OF THE DRIVERS. We were driving down Popps Ferry Road towards Cedar Lake where we watched the driver cut cars off and riding the tails of cars on the road. I can under getting to a job at a good time but it shouldn’t be at the expense of other drivers on the road.
James was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do when our car was non driveable in a parking garage. He was able to maneuver it out of a tight parking spot without any problems. He also was very nice and gave us a ride to the car rental agency, instead of us getting an Uber, so we were able to make our flight in New Orleans. Thanks again James!
I rarely leave reviews, but had to for this. These guys are great! After being left hanging for over two hours with another company, I decided to try someone different and landed with Mitchell’s. Tim was so great! Got someone to me in less than half an hour! Eric (the driver) was wonderful and really nice to my son who wanted to see the lights and stuff on the truck. Great service all around and also a VERY reasonable rate for the distance they had to travel. 10/10. Will use again if needed.
This review is for the staff who manage the lot and the desk. They were incredibly helpful and made the process of retrieving all my belongings from my car a breeze. Their kindness and support were especially welcomed after the horrible accident I was involved in. The owner even assisted me in lifting my car to facilitate some personal modifications I wanted to make, and he was a pleasure to talk to. I also feel their rates are definitely on the lower end!
I was coming home from work tonight and blew a tire out. Called a few tire shops and they all recommended Mitchell’s Towing. I Only had to wait about 30 minutes for the truck to get there. James was the driver and he got me loaded up and to the tire shop quickly. I definitely recommend using Mitchell’s Towing Service!
I had a vehicle towed to Clark's auto service a couple of mo ths ago. They had to pick up the car a second time for repair that didn't take. They were very professional and punctual. Took good care of the vehicle being towed. Very happy with them.

25 mph over the speed limit passing other vehicles with a car in tow. Somebody ticket these criminals! Helping people in need is one thing. But putting people in danger to do so it’s not OK. Breaking the law to do so it’s not OK.
The service was fast and the driver was polite and tried to get my car started before doing a tow. Ended up towing to an auto shop and he took care of everything for me. My only issue with this service is not being provided a receipt that State Farm would accept to reimburse my towing fee. Over a week later and I'm still trying to get an acceptable receipt. So if you use them and want to get refunded by insurance make sure to get something in writing before the driver leaves. The digital one is not usable. Other than that I would highly recommend them.
Car wouldn’t start at a gas station 10pm at night. Driver got to me in an hour, had the car loaded on the trailer in 5minutes and were on the road home from n another 5. I have a very narrow, steep, and heavy tree lined driveway. This man did a magic trick getting the car all the way up the drive. Truly amazing to watch. He was kind and professional and did no damage to the car.
The driver was very professional and took extra care with our vehicle and had a very professional attitude all in all great experience for me and I would recommend these guys to anyone

Great customer service called to let me know that they were on the way and called again when they arrived. Made it simple and I didn’t have to worry about timing due to my son’s wedding was a few hours away and a tow truck trying to pick up my car while guest are arriving.
James was great! He quickly got to my location and was able to help me ensure the correct process was used for towing a rental car. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what was needed and that I was taken care of.
Corvette would not crank and I was stranded at Boomtowm Casino in Biloxi MS. Mitchell's Towing Service was recommended by another towing service that could not help me. I called them and they sent a flat bed wrecker within 15 minutes. The driver/operator "Lewis" was great! He was very knowledgeable on how to load a corvette. He was courteous and professional. Their price was very competitive and reasonable.The delivery to my home in Mobile was flawless and would recommend their services to anyone in need.
Scam artists!
I purchased a vehicle from them in October of 2023. It is now April of 2024, and still no title. Every time I call them I am told “it is coming”. They even tried to blame me for throwing my mail away. I ended up having to go through an out of state titling service to get the title and had to spend over $700. Dollars. Do not buy a vehicle from here, no matter how good of a deal you think you are getting.
I was in town for a funeral.
When trying to leave the hotel the next morning my car battery was dead. Having a rental car I had to have it towed.
Lewis came out and right away was able to get me into the car to get my belongings.

Fast, reliable, and affordable. My 2017 Ram 2500 needed to be towed from Ocean Springs to Cooks Transmission in Biloxi for repairs. I called the day of and they were there within an hour and the towing technician was courteous and very knowledgeable of the rig he was using. I asked numerous questions due to my truck being so big and he answered them very professionally. I would highly recommended Mitchell’s Towing Service to anyone.
I had a piece of steel get stuck in my tire and my car needed to be towed to the dealership in order for the tire to be changed. The driver (I forgot his name but wish I could remember because he was great!) drove over a hour and picked my vehicle up at 8:45pm and towed it over an hour away in order for it to be fixed the next morning. Great, fast, friendly customer service. I am very grateful for this company.

I Called to have some abandoned vehicles towed from my property. The tow truck arrived in under 45 minutes and within a half hour of arriving both cars were gone. Mitchell’s towing was fast, and the driver was super friendly and efficient. Thank you!
Amazing service! We were traveling from FL to New Orleans and had a blowout on I-10. They towed my truck, repaired the rim, new tire, and got us back on the road. The entire staff did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. 10/10 Recommended.
