Friendly customer service. Wonderful staff. Speedy service. Recently needed to order tires and Troy made me feel confident of my choice of 4 Toyos. Good price. Tires came in ahead of schedule on the same day. Treat you like family. Willing to go the extra mile to help! Troy gave me a print out of the "to-do's" in order of importance. Katrina was also helpful with what I needed help with.

Troy was patient and easy to work with while being transparent on the cost and repairs. Shawn was kind & reassuring. Thanks Coastal! I’ll be back for my oil change!

Wow I wish I could give Coastal Automotive 6 stars. These guys worked me in on Friday afternoon before some heavy rain to replace the regulator on my drivers side window. My car would have been flooded possibly but they got the job done fast and done right! Nobody likes having to have their vehicle worked on because most places treat you like a honeypot. Not Coastal Automotive!! They quoted accurately and fairly. I now have a garage locally I feel comfortable with. Friendly, fair service is what you’re getting at Coastal Automotive.

These guys ran me up a bill that I didn't even want I was just want my vehicle looked at and they charged me $480 just to tell me that my fuel pump was bad then when I said wow 480 bucks that's a little steep they said what we could have charged you for lot rent to for your vehicle sitting here for a week or two never again will I go to this place they want it $1,600 to change a fuel pump that you can literally access to the back seat to a little panel $1,600 for 02 Nissan Xterra fuel pump you can buy for 50 bucks online

Charged me $350 dollars for so called diagnostic, then tells me it would cost $11,000 to fix. Took the car to Cannon Ford dealership and they quoted me $4600 !! They could’ve just no and I could’ve saved $350 dollars

Amazing service! If you're looking for an accurate quote and or service, you need to come to Coastal. You leave knowing for a fact what service was completed. They take pictures and update you along the way. Troy was the one who updated me, even when he had a room full of people, ask for Troy.

Repair was fast, done in estimated time. They gave me a ride to my office so I didn’t have to wait there. I will definitely go back for any needed car repairs.

I needed a second opinion on a repair for my mom’s car. Preliminary online research told me that the price the dealer was suggesting for the repair was much more than what it should go for. Being out of state I searched online for an auto repair shop that was reputable and close to my mom. Ever since my first call with Troy I knew I made the right choice. He ensured I knew the process and kept me updated along the way. I was able to get my mom’s car repaired for way under the other shop quoted her and I have confidence it was done right. I plan on taking all my mom’s auto repair needs to Coastal in the future and letting everyone in the area know about this shop and impeccable service.

Well im new to Mississippi and found out during a oil change i had a oil leak so I googled a good mechanic shop and Coastal popped up with 5 star so I called Mr Troy answered giving me an appointment after I drop car off he not only called me but sent me a visual video of what they found and what it intells to fixing the order so I appreciate that and not just saying this is wrong with the car I will definitely go back thank you very much

My experience went very well. They picked me up with their timely tow truck service & repaired my vehicle the same day. The staff was friendly. Everything went great I have 0 complaints about my service experience.

I locked my keys in my car and Johnathan was so quick to get here, so professional, and walked me through the entire process. Absolutely an amazing employee! Got my keys out so quickly!

Absolutely do not go here!! I brought my car in pretty much knowing what was wrong but wanted a second opinion and a decent shop to do the work for me. However I received a call from the manager Troy saying my radiator, upper radiator hose, thermostat, and my radiator cap needed to be replaced. I knew for a fact none of those things needed to be replaced before I brought it to this shop. I.e( I just put a brand new radiator cap on). When I received the inspection details they included a video of coolant just rushing out of my upper radiator hose with a small hole that was not there before. After this incident I decided to just pick my car up and halt further inspection due to the fear of them creating more problems. Once I got home I removed the air intake and took a closer look. Only to find a perfect razor blade slit in my upper radiator hose!! Overall Coastal automotive tried to trick me into believing my hose was bad or worn out and I bet it was because i’m a young female!

REVIEW UPDATED!!! I've taken my vehicle here before. And they've done a great job but this time I cannot say that I came in with a specific problem. I told them exactly what I wanted done and changed. I get an invoice with a whole bunch of other problems with my car. But not once did they address the problem that I brought it up there for. But. I talked to the owner. He's a real cool guy and he said he will take care of me and as men. I'm taking him for his word. I will give an update to see if my problem was taken care of. But I will say this is the only problem I ever had with them. This is a real good business. This is my first problem. I don't even write reviews, but I would just so upset. Today that I spent over $1300 and my problem is still not fixed was never even addressed. I kno im late on updating this review but since this last review i gave costal automotive went above and beyond to correct all my concerns. They didn't have to do what they did but I thank them and appreciate it whole heartly..now where family😉 i highly recommend costal automotive...

Well, we ended up having to sell our vehicle after coming here. Over 30 different (mostly cosmetic damage) from a rushed job and extremely poor attention to detail. They tried to deny it all and refused to work with us on any type of resolution except if we would agree to let them work on it further. No chance! Avoid this place at all cost!

Service plan sent me to three different places in their network and all said I needed to replace my air compressor only to find this place Coastal Automotive, whom provided detailed service and inspection from start to finish. Troy and Heather went over and beyond expectations to ensure me that I was in good hands. Turned out I needed more than what the other repair shops quoted and I'm glad I came for a second option. My 2017 Jeep Trailhawk is blowing colder air and the water pump replacement prevented future repairs as it was going bad as well. All repairs were done efficiently and timely. I recommend you stop by and let this team take care of your unforeseen vehicle repairs.

We brought our car to coastal. The staff was very good to us. They made sure we had a way home. They diagnosed the problem with our car The problem was major and we decided to not get it fixed. They were very helpful in explaining the problems with the transmission.

We so appreciate the care that we received from Joseph, the tow truck driver and also Troy who got our tire replaced as quickly as possible. Demetrius was also so kind to pick us up at our motel and wrap our damaged tire so that we could take it with us. We highly recommend them for any auto service.

My ac was going in and out in my 2021 2500. I called and talked to Troy about getting my truck in asap for the ac. The ac was going in /out working perfect sometimes and then sometimes just not cool great under certain conditions. It definitely wasn’t something that was a normal issue with ac’s. They got me right in and checked everything out, informed me that the initial inspection found no issues and asked me if I wanted to proceed with doing a more in depth test including vac test of whole system etc. It passed all the test and Troy kept me in loop as they were doing what they could to find the issue. They did not find the issue and told me it was no charge because they couldn’t identify and correct the problem. They could have easily said it’s this or that or charged me a service fee and still left me with same issue. They are honest and communicate very well. I hate that they couldn’t find it but I will definitely use them in the future. Found out the truck had a wiring issue on the high pressure side that would work sometimes and not other times. Definitely not your normal and with it being a newer truck with all the wiring it’s not an easy fix. I appreciate these honesty and integrity they have shown me. I will definitely be back.

I just want to say this place is a life saver ! Not being from the area , The staff was so helpful from the time I came in and the time I drove out. My coolant light was on come to find out I had a crack in my radiator, they got the part same day and fixed it! Special shoutout to Mr Troy and Ms Heather for their friendly customer service and support! And to Mr Jimmy going the extra mile to work quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road !

I can't thank Coastal Automotive enough for their exceptional service. My daughter was in a wreck last week, and being out of state, I was really worried. From the moment I contacted them, they were nothing but patient and understanding. Jessie was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond with her customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares – you're not just another phone call or insurance claim to her. She followed up with me, took the time to chat, and really helped ease my worries. The team was also so helpful when my daughter arrived to collect her belongings. I truly appreciate how kind and professional everyone was. I highly recommend them, even though I wish I had a different reason for needing their services. I was coming back to home and broke down 3 hrs away and had my dog with me. They towed me took me back to my hotel in their personal vehicle and picked me back up. They got my car in first and worked on it all day so I could get home. Amazing people...A GOD SENT!! They treated me like family knowing I was stressing which helped alot. I would use them again very honest and fair. Thank you Coastal Team and Owners for all you did for me.

These guys are horrible! They did a simple oil change which cost almost $100, the mechanic left a piece of the rubber ring from the old filter. My check engine light went on next morning. They refused to accept responsibility..and I did not hire them to screw it up anymore. Thank goodness I remained in contact with one of their former employees who actually knew what they did wrong and he fixed it for me. I would NOT recommend going to this shop! My personal opinion… they intentionally do things to cause you to go back and spend more money… I’m a female, I know this scam!!! 🤬

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I guess they figured I was dumb. I took in my 1979 Dodge D100 for an alternator bracket. The bracket they had was $280. I ordered the exact one from Summit staving for $136.47 to be rush delivered. I was initially quoted 267.00 for labor. They later called and said I needed a new belt. Their belt was $60. I went to Oreillys got the exact belt same manufacturer for $8.05. Now they are calling again saying I need a new fuel line and filter. They said my fuel line was too big they have the right size in stock. I go to look at my truck and it’s clear that the fuel line from the filter had been moved down to make it leak. They sold my the fuel line and I went in there parking lot to work on the truck. They was trying to charge me 600+ for the alternator bracket, new fuel line, fuel filter, and the belt. I was told the belt size was a 46. After struggling to make it work I came to the conclusion it just couldn’t the belt was entirely too big. I asked Ms Stephanie and also the mechanic was it any other parts to the bracket because the belt had no tension at all and the bracket is extended pass the max. The mechanic told me “I can’t help you. You lost me when you had me to push it out of the bay.” I decided to buy a 44” belt and it worked like a charm. The fuel line they said needed replacing I simply slid the hose and clamp back up and there is no leak at all. So the 3ft fuel line they sold me for $11 was not needed at all. They also sold me the exact size fuel line; a 3/8 9.5mm. I told them it was the same exact one on the truck but they kept denying it. I returned the fuel line and got my refund. I would never recommend someone here. They hope your stupid to cars so they can hike up the prices. At the end of it all I paid 390.00 (65.00 for tow). The 267.00 quoted for labor changed to 319 somehow and was told I was never quoted 267.00. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE.

Mr David and Mr. Joshua did a great job. They are the absolute! They took care of me and my wife today. We broke down on our honeymoon and they came right on. They are truly a blessing from God. They have excellent service and I definitely highly recommend them.

1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND Terrible service. Had my car for a MONTH and wouldn't return calls for updates. Finally found out they couldn't get the right part to finish and we found it and ordered it ourselves. Still waited for returned calls for updates after they received the part. Absolutely unacceptable quality work at replacing the dashboard parts with damage and gaps EVERYWHERE. When we showed them their poor work, they tried messing with it a few minutes and just said sorry. Even parts that were not included in the work were damaged. UPDATE: I'm still finding more and more damage. Things that they KNEW they broke and still returned it to us in that condition. Also, I guess the owner's wife dropped her mascara while she was apparently driving my car during the month they had it... Found it under the driver's seat next to my small CD case that was supposed to be in the center console.
