my mom has been going here for 15 years a and spoke highly of this place. I brought my truck to get an oil leak fixed. ended up needing new valve cover and replacing a cracked gasket. told him to fix whatever needed to be done . got truck back and oil leak still persisted , and within 2 weeks, truck started running ragged. looked under the hood, wires were damaged and not put back accordingly, sloppy work. oil leaking from the valve cover still. Took my truck back and told him what was wrong to see if he would make things right (I thought customer loyalty still existed) and my truck sat there for almost two weeks with nothing done and he tells me he can’t fix it. I wish my truck worked, but now it’s worse than before. would not recommend this guy .
AC stopped cooling on my 23 year old truck. Ken could've told me anything was wrong it (within reason) and I would've believed him. It was a simple fix and he charged me a simple price to go with it...and I had my truck back in just a couple hours. Hard to find integrity anymore in this industry, but A-1 has got it in spades. GREAT experience, strongest recommendation for AC repair.
Did work without quoting a price first. Wouldn't honor their online open hours of business which says they close at 5:30. Got there at 5 and they wouldn't let me pick up vehicle. Weren't able to fix everything. They recommended we go somewhere else for other things to be fixed, but didn't offer suggestions as to the "somewhere else". I'm sure they are qualified. Just very dissatisfied with my dealings with them.
Sorry one but no sale quote was way too high for somebody that's supposed to be a friend of my brother-in-law I got the same thing for half the price you quoted
I called him to help me finish a rear drum brake job that i had started on a 2001 buick century, and it had never had its brakes done. The car tore me up and i gave him a call and within three hours he had not only shown up and fixed my car but he was great the entire time around. I will be calling everytime i need help/ a job i cant do done 100%
Best place on the coast for AC and auto repair. I thought I was out of freon but Ken just made some adjustments and I was good to go. He will SAVE YOU MONEY
I thought I needed an alternator but I needed an entirely different part , that other repair shops said I needed. And the cost was almost half what was qroated by other shops. They seem to be honest, and good work very fast. I am very glad I found this place I will use them again.VERY NICE PPL TOO. Thank you A-1!😉
Excellent service. It's not easy finding mechanics that you can be sure about these days. But this place is honest, fair, and does great work. We are so relieved to have found this place. We had our a/c fixed here and a blinker so we know they can do the big jobs and the small ones.
**11/20/time 9 just had another car serviced with them. This timwe needed a pretty major brake job done and an oil change. A year later and still excellent service! So glad they are here in Pascagoula
