Great guy always ready to help no matter how busy, one man and he always has a big smile on his face.. pleasure to talk to will tell you bout the good old days lol he a sweet character and always enjoy going in to see him when I'm in need thank you again for your help
Jerry Pitts is a pillar of the community and he stays about as busy as I've ever seen an auto parts store. He has competitive prices and very knowledgeable. If he don't have it he will help you find it. If you are having trouble finding the right part he is more than happy to get under the hood and help. Great guy. Hard working, down to earth, and empathetic. He will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need to keep it running good. I've not seen him try to sell you something just to make a quick buck. Also, he gives the best prices on junk batteries.
Very sweet people who run this place. Reasonable prices and quality work also. There aren't many of these good ole local mom and pop stores left in this area, so any opportunity i can give them business i do so.
Mr Pitts is a very kind, helpful and professional gentleman. He has some great stories too. I never had a problem being able to get anything I needed. If Mr Pitts didn't have it most likely he could get it
Living in a small town has its advantages. I just so happen to run into a friend of mine at the gas station, he said he needed some things to keep his wife's car going but she has to get to work soon. My girlfriend wasn't sure if we could help and I said Jerry is a friend of the family/family member let's go there long story short he went in and tell me what kind of car he had what do you need it and swipe the card for us without a PN because we know the people there and he can be trusted everything worked out fine he's a great place to go we will be back
