Responded very quickly, took great care of my daughter. She felt very safe with the driver and he was courteous and a good man. Knew what he was doing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
After we were in a serious accident with our travel trailer & tow vehicle they took care of getting our trailer upright, our tow vehicle on a flat bed & safely to a recovery yard. Having been on a long trip, we had our 2 cats in their large carrier & our 2 dogs with us. Employee, Billie gave us all a ride in his personal truck to a hotel for the night. It was a terrifying day & his personal care & concern meant everything. Eric assisted us in arranging a small moving truck to get all of our personal belongings home to Little Rock. The members of the 78 Towing team are professional, personable & caring. They made a bad situation as easy as they could. Thank you to them all!
‼‼Broke down 6 hrs from home. 2 states away. They came out picked up both vehicles we had. Very reasonable on price. Driver was very friendly and nice. He also stuck around made sure we were able to get the part we needed. Highly recommend this tow service!!!!!!
So thankful for Eric and 78 towing!! They showed up within minutes and were so friendly and went above and beyond on a Saturday night! Definitely recommend, don’t know what we would have done without them!!
Eric and his crew helped me out after I hit a deer in Oxford, MS. They towed it straight to the repair shop and made my life easy. Highly recommend if you ever need them!
My car was towed in June of 2024. I called 2 days later and they said they already sold it at the auction. I said no way I didn't receive a letter or there wasn't enough time passed for them to do that. A few weeks later I called them again, same thing. This went on for the next 7 months. Finally I after my 2nd time up to the shop I told them it's got to be here, he said give him a few days and call back. We'll I did and he finally had found it. He said it would cost thousands of dollars to get it out. We agreed on $1500. It should have never been that high to start with and I should never have went 1 month much less 7 with them trying to find my car. Well when I went to get it and pay the owner told me to bring my keys...WHAT? I left the key in it. The tow truck driver couldn't find the keys, it's a fob and the key does not have to go in the ignition. As long as the fob is inside the car it will crank right up. So they drug my car up on the flat bed and drug it off. When I went to get it it was all messed up. So I refused to pay a dime and left my car there. It wasn't worth much to start with but atheist the frame was good. (I'll post pics of the damage) so now they wanna charge me 75 bucks to get my stuff out of it. I didn't think they could charge you for getting your stuff. So not only do the tow truck drives not know a thing about vehicles, they like to hold or "loose" your car for months on end so you can't afford to pay the bill, then blame it on the customer for leaving it there so long. They don't take responsibility for there actions and have very poor customer service communication. If your ever in need of a tow truck I do not recommend 78 Towing unless you want to give them your vehicle. You won't want it after they have their hands on it. They say my front bumper was like that when he towed it. LOL!!! So where was the bumper? In the trunk or back seat? Why would anyone drive their vehicle like this and carry a broken bumper around? I don't think so 78 Towing....I don't think so....
Very thankful for these guys - they were so friendly and helpful when we hydroplaned off the road while on a trip! They got to us and got our car towed out super fast.
Came a long way to tow our RV which was totally disabled. Went way above and beyond to help get it in a position where it could be towed. Very friendly and honest folks.
Very friendly, helpful and professional. They towed our RV for us when we broke down 6 hours away from home. They spent a very long time just getting it loaded which was not an easy task and the amount they charged was very reasonable. They did not give up even when it seamed like they weren't going to be able to tow our 35' rig. Thank you for your help and southern hospitality!
