The customer service at this NAPA is beyond anything I've ever seen. We had trouble finding a bearing that would fit, even after I left the gentleman continued to look and call several people he knew to try and find the right bearing. I can't think of another business that goes out of the way to try and help the customer like I experienced here.
While attempting to purchase parts at this store for our company vehicle the staff was very rude and refused service due to a female being the one to purchase the parts. We will never go there again.
SOLD ME A USED BATTERY, i paid 300 for it and been having problems since , I’ve been here 4 times and they have lied and said nothing is wrong with it, which is a lie! The battery was tampered with! I’m filing a complaint with the bbb , and I will be putting them on all social media pages (one pg has over 50k followers) advising people not to buy from them!
My Grandsons battery cap was missing, so we drove up and the Napa Parts Worker, This Incredibly Helpful Man that worked here Assisted My Grandson in Replacing his Missing Cap.. Thank You Sir For Your Time.. Much Appreciated
I am a GPC/NAPA headquarters employee in Atlanta GA. The battery died on my 29 Ford Roadster Hotrod while attending Crusin the Coast in Oct. 2022. The staff at this independently owned jobber location was extremely nice and helpful in finding a comparable replacement battery. Not to mention lending me the tools necessary to swap it out. I really appreciate everything they did to get me back on the road. If I can somehow ever return the gratitude please let me know. Thanks again!

One of the last places to give cash for batteries everybody else tries to do this slick in store credit thing at the last second.. and the man who ran it was awesome
Napa auto parts sell good parts and reliable parts and not beat down old broken parts with that being said, they did not have the alternator for my Toyota Camery. But, overall good experience.
Ok service, but the people who were there today, Nov 21st, were not knowledgeable at all. Had to order a part, which is no problem, but the lady said it would be here maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, and didn't record any of my information. When I do show to pick up the part, they're not going to know who I am or what it's for. Still not a horrible experience, I'm not going to bash them at all bc they were kinda nice and didn't have an attitude.
I went to NAPA hunting small engine parts. They are now very limited on their supply of small engine parts. There was a time they carried just about everything you would need to complete your project...... those days are long gone.
Our battery went out in the Dickeys.BBQ catering vehicle, it was a Napa battery brought it in still under warranty. Received a new for fraction of the price of a new one
Absolutely the kindest gentlemen in a parts store EVER!! Out of state exchange done in less than 15minutes, in and gone!! Will bring them all my car needs business!
Friendly service, we needed a u-joint, they found one quickly. Turned out to be the wrong one, but they were quick to find the correct one for us.

The people working behind the counter usually go out of their way to find you whatever you need. I've gone in there several times looking for oddball stuff that they probably did not carry but they are always helpful.
