This place is AMAZING! Great person to work with. The driver Hunter is very caring and took his time to make sure my SUV made it to the repair shop safely. I would recommend anyone to use him. It is refreshing to see someone that cares and that they’re not just working to work. They actually enjoy their job and you can tell.
The owner/operator I had the immense pleasure of riding with, as my old dumpy car rode on the back of his rig, made sure not only of a speedy service and reassuring quality of expertise, but also is just a good dude. I'd give more stars if I could. Extremely fair pricing, confident and comfortable driving, and upon arrival, in and out of that parking lot within only a few minutes. I'll prob breakdown again at some point, and will absolutely call again. You're in the best hands with 3 Rivers Towing.
Sebastian saw me broke down at the gas station. Being that I’m from Louisiana I didn’t have anyone close to help me. Sebastian text me and made sure I was safe until he was able to make his pick up and get get back to me. If I could give them 20 stars I would. I will never forget him & his heart
First let me say, I called another towing company to tow my car to a destination and he left my car next to the street when he was asked to park it in the driveway! He didn't! SO I called 3 Rivers towing, the young man I spoke to was very polite and pleasant he came out once and I wasn't home so I called to explain what happened and he came back and towed my car to the final destination!! Once I got there he had my car PERFECTLY parked!!! THANK YOU!
Ive had to deal with Jerry, several times.
First, Ill say he has an an amazing memory, I mean, amazing.
WIth that said, his towing service is point on, and he does what he ways when he says he will do it.
Ill also say that I know several people that have dealt with him with towing and non towing issues...and he is a stand up guy who has gone above and beyond with helping at least one of my neighbors.
I highly recommend using these guys. Tracy Allen came and pulled my Chevy Tahoe out of the mud of my friends front yard this afternoon. Be careful after rain in South MS. It might look dry, but there's a good chance it's muddy quicksand. Now all it needs is a good car wash. I called for Road Side Assistant through my insurance. But once the towing agency had my information Tracy was quick to give me a call and let me know he had one car before me and about how long it would be. He also called me 10 minutes before he arrived. Great Customer Service!
Call another service that said they were coming right out. 3 hours later no show or call so canceled. Called 3 rivers towing and was there in about 10 minutes. Very polite young man. Would recommend
From start to finish using this towing company I received outstanding service today . The driver definitely earned his tip. Thank you guys for excellent customer service today that’s hard to come by. My family was trying to help a young lady that broke down and didn’t have roadside assistance so I was terrified of the cost of towing this company delivered on a reasonable price and wonderful service. I’m definitely keeping their number handy for the next time. Regardless the amount of roadside assistance for insurance definitely pay for it regardless of new or older cars. I can’t believe what people are paying for car insurance these days it’s outrageous. Keep providing outstanding service you truly took a burden off of us today and it really helped us out. 5 star service!!!
He’s very rude and curse at his customers! He will try to keep your car so he can sell the items off your car so he can make money! He gave my grandmother a hard time after her car was totaled! If you’re looking for a company please don’t use him!
And all she wanted was her handicap tag off the car.
This was the company that was next on the list for the police dept to use when I got in a wreck. They were very professional on the phone when I called to confirm that my car was there, and ask them to have it moved. Hunter was very helpful and professional when dropping the car off. Answered all the questions I had. I now have a tow company that I recommend to others and will use again if needed (hopefully I won't).
The driver was so nice and he handled everything very quickly. It was also extremely affordable, I’m very happy and will be using this company from now on.
We had a friend get his jeep stuck in a foot of mud on our property. Hunter was there within the hour and got him out using his own truck. Amazing customer service and quick travel time will always have me recommend this company and specifically Hunter!
When I called 3 River Rd Towing and asked if they could be there at 3:30pm when I got off to tow me to Dilberville.. I was very pleased that the driver Tyler was waiting for me at the gate exactly at 3:30. Tyler was a very nice young man
I never did get the driver's name but he was incredibly professional, kind, and not inconvenienced that he had to go from Saucier to Gulfport and back to Saucier. $120 is what he charged me which was fair to get me home from the Home Depot where my truck died. I'll call them when I break down again.
Good old fellow that came and met us. He had a couple of broken down cars with blown motors he was trying to sell. Like way to high. Way over blue book.
I've used 3 Rivers twice now and both times were excellent experiences. The wait time was less than an hour both times and they communicate well. Chances are if you need a tow, you're having a rough day already, but the quick and efficient service along with the friendly demeanor this company provides can take some of the edge off!
It's horrible!! My car was stolen I have the police report and I called the day after it was towed , the owner refused to let me get it. I'm only in Mississippi bc my son passed away and we brought his ashes to b released in the gulf. I still do not have my car and I'm stuck here. The owner is a money hungry heartless man. I pray for him everyday.
Mr Tracy was honest kind and is full of integrity. I would recommend this towing service to anyone. He was there when I needed him and went out of his way to help.
They were nice on the phone. They said it would be an hour. When I called him after (45 minutes) to check and see how close he was, I was told they couldnt get to me and to just to call someone else. He was nice about it, but still ... a 45 minute wait just to be told "We cant help" ? They could have told me that without wasting my time
We broke down and needed a tow on New Years Eve, they were the only ones who answered, and I can't be more thankful! They were fast, very courteous, and extremely cost friendly for the situation I was in! Thank you very much, Tyler!
