Way to expensive just to go a couple miles down the street 219 dollars just from 28th st to Jeff Davis I won't ever use them again ill call somebody from a different county
I just wanted to come on here and say that Jeff who works for All American Towing is an honest man. He found my $400 smartwatch on the side of the road (I had put in on the hood of my car and forgot it was there, and it fell off while I was driving), and he promptly contacted my husband to let us know. With all the thieves, crooks, and craziness in the world right now, he is proof that there are still good people out there, and I would trust him to tow any of my vehicles! The posted hours of operation is 24 hours but they just informed me that they close at 5 p.m. and are closed on weekends. I was told I can't pick up my vehicle until Monday.
Today is Friday and now will have to go without a vehicle all weekend which ultimately costs me more money.
Garbage business ethics to make things harder for people who already have it hard enough.
Called yesterday said they would send some one right over. 3 hours later no show no call so canceled and went with some one else who came right out. A call to say they couldn’t make it or that they couldn’t come. Not good business.
Just a warning- they will charge you for the drive to your truck and back to the office. My husband and I used All American to tow our truck 6.5 miles from good year to our house in Gulfport. When it came down to discuss payment, my husband was told that he would be charged for 35 miles considering the driver had to come from Biloxi and would be also charged for the drive BACK to the office in Biloxi, despite it saying they’re located in Gulfport.
So just keep that in mind when looking for a tow anywhere outside of Biloxi. We, personally, do not recommend.
They took care of me and my wife the driver was pleasant and enjoyed riding with him we were 60 miles away from home with no one to help us out all the companies we called couldn't make the time for us for at least 24 to 48 hours the lady who took my call said we can help I will have a driver there in 30 minutes and he was there in 15 minutes I highly recommend all American towing and have put there number in my phone so if my wife and I ever visit the gulf coast again and need a tow they are who I will call.

All American towing by far is the best company around dispatch was very helpful and the driver was on time, knew his job at hand very well. His experience on the busy highway was quick and efficient having no trouble getting the vehicle on the flatbed while missing a wheel. It was like a nascar pit stop. These guys are the pros, that’s why All American towing has my business and referrals for a job that went just like it should but better. The name says it all All American towing where the pros work getting you to safely to safety as fast and soon as possible.
All American towing is a five star business in my book, thanks again for a job well done.

I contacted this company to tow my son’s vehicle from the beach to the Nissan dealership on 49. After several hours of waiting, they arrived and charged my son $50 more than initially quoted, then towed his vehicle to outside the Nissan gate rather than around to the back. Left it partially in the road, in the rain, with the keys on the windshield! Nissan workers found it the next morning and were appalled that any towing company would do such a thing. Not to mention, the lights were apparently left on and the battery was completely dead, they had to push it inside the dealership!!! Despicable service and management had no desire to rectify the issue, I called several times, no return call yet!!! Worst service ever!
Great service. Driver was there a little before the promised time, even though it was a Sunday morning! Had me loaded up and home in less than an hour.Very fair rate for weekend service. Both the driver and dispatcher were friendly, professional and informative.
I'm Sales Representative at a Trucking company. Our company had a truck to breakdown 4 miles from the unloading location,with a critical piece of offshore equipment. Mr.Daniel with All American Towing answered the phone at 3:15am and arrived on location within 30 minutes. We were able to make our deadline to the boat in Gulfport. I highly recommend using All American Towing.
Took almost 2 hours to arrive. Guy called twice asking for the address and "couldn't find us" we gave intersecting streets and surrounding businesses. We were on pass road.
I called for a tow because my son was broke down on the side of the interstate. They were there in less than 30 minutes, towed the truck to my home and they have very good customer service! I will use them again in the future!
