Need a 3’ long hose made. Was told they close at 12:00 over the phone. Showed up at 11:52, lights were off and everything dark, guy comes from back and says he has everything closed down and they don’t make hoses past 11:00 ( wished he would have told me that when I called) Apparently “just an employee” and didn’t care to try to keep the business. I don’t know when he shut the lights down and “shut everything off” but I would assume his employer would like him to keep the lights on and take the business up until closing time, but maybe his employer doesn’t care or they just don’t need the business. Highly disappointed! Definitely didn’t go over and above the call, actually didn’t even seem to care, seemed more about getting out the door before .12:00. He is locked up and left the parking lot and it’s 12:02! Thanks for the help!
