Paid $45 for a jump start only for the battery to go dead right as I turned out of the gate. My landlord came out and jumped me correctly, after which I safely made it home. Was told it wasn't refundable despite that it apparently wasn't done correctly. Car has had no problems since landlord redid the jumping.
Company very rude operator answer the phone with so much background noise and stated she cannot hear me! She had a nasty attitude and her background was just too dramatic for customer service
The people here were so nice and honest! Definitely worth it and fairly priced. Hopefully I won’t have to use a tow truck again but if I do I’ll be calling them!
I needed a jump because the battery on my car was dead. My car was in my driveway at my house in Biloxi.
They charged me $125 for a jump… which took the guy less than 10 seconds to do, by the way. Even the tow truck driver couldn’t believe how much they charged me for this service and checked the receipt twice to make sure he wasn’t seeing incorrectly; oh he was seeing correctly alright…
$125 for a jump on a car in a driveway in a local neighborhood is highway robbery.
While the customer service was great on a Sunday, I can’t say I was thrilled with a $250 tow bill for a local 30 mile tow… should’ve been no more than $125 or $150. That’s the standard for this industry.
You’re in good hands and taken care of. Great people who work quickly. It might not be the best situation, but they do their best to help make the process smoother and less frustrating.
The driver himself was awesome but the dispatcher would not give a straight answer. My vehicle was impounded while a friend was driving it. I found this out Friday morning. Because it was two hours away I asked if I could come on Saturday. They said yes, I said I would be there between 1&2pm. They asked that I call about an hour before I got there. I did this and arrived at 1:15pm. Four calls where I was told "he will be there ANY minute" and almost two hours later, the driver arrived. Why say "ANY minute" for that long? An HONEST answer on the first call would have made this a four star experience. We could have gone and had some lunch. Instead of sitting in the sun waiting on a driver "ANY minute"
This is the absolute worst towing company I have worked with and it wasn’t by choice this is who my insurance company contracts with. The first guy said he couldn’t maneuver his flatbed in the parking lot off 2390 Pass Rd. by planet fitness so he said I would have to call my insurance company to get another tow with dolly’s on it. It took them two hours to come back with another driver. The driver comes with the wrecker wheel lift and tries to open my car through the window to lock the steering wheel so he doesn’t have to dolly. That’s the laziest thing I have ever seen. Then he proceeds to dolly the car , I have never seen it take someone 15 minutes to dolly a car. Then we get to my neighborhood and he can’t back the car in to the parking lot because his dolly rails were extended out too far so I had to wake up my next door neighbor to move his car so the tow truck driver can back the car in.
I waited for 3 hours for other towing companies. Once my insurance company contacted this company Van came in less then an hour. He was great. Today is the first day of Cruising the Coast and that is why it took so long.
These people stole our belongings and tried to say my insurance took it but we had the key and the door was locked then tried to tell me to do something about it but I didn’t go because I know he was gonna have me arrested
If I could give no stars that would be great. My motorcycle broke down literally less than a mile from my house. By the time I walked home got what I needed to recover it my self. These highway robbers and Harrison County SO. Had already towed my bike from saucier to Gulfport. When I call the company the guy that answers tells me no one can help me till 10am the next day. Mind you. This all has happened in under an hours time. And it was not quite 9pm even. Next day I call the lady on the phone tells me it will cost me $251. That is ridiculous. TRUE DEFINITION OF HIGHWAY ROBBERY! Now I've got there to get my motorcycle. And they have lost my helmet, broke my shifter off and emptied my saddle bags. I will be contacting a lawyer. She yall in court as well as the HSO
Ms.Jenny was such a great help! She was very kind and understanding...I don't know why people are so mad at employees in places like this just doing their jobs! The situation wasn't great, but the service was.
I guess for taking your car great. Recovery is a whole process. Night time guy has serious attitude especially on you ask for anything other than come tow it. You fell like the victim of extortion dealing with him. Prices change and you are going to love that end of the whole process. Late model tow trucks good facility mostly alright staff, Again unless there are any questions you need answered.

They towed my vehicle after an accident. When I had to get my belongings, they really worked with me making thr process very easy. I showed up during lunch time, but they had someone there within minutes. Nice people.
Unprofessional front staff. They charge outrageous prices to people who just got in a accident. $180 for a tow of less that 3 miles!! Rip off artists! They know people are down on there luck and swoop in to make a few extra bucks. If the Gulfport PD set there prices shame on the too! You are supposed to be here to help the public!!!
I contacted them because I was in distress after I couldn’t find an affordable tow service and they were so kind, so quick and understanding and offered a very affordable price for an emergency situation. I definitely appreciated their business and their professionalism and how they handled everything definitely give this company a five star recommendation!
I was traveling from Florida though to Texas when my car broke down. Driver was delayed on another tow but called to keep me updated and once picked up was very pleasant and helpful.
