The people here were so nice and honest! Definitely worth it and fairly priced. Hopefully I won’t have to use a tow truck again but if I do I’ll be calling them!
I needed a jump because the battery on my car was dead. My car was in my driveway at my house in Biloxi. They charged me $125 for a jump… which took the guy less than 10 seconds to do, by the way. Even the tow truck driver couldn’t believe how much they charged me for this service and checked the receipt twice to make sure he wasn’t seeing incorrectly; oh he was seeing correctly alright… $125 for a jump on a car in a driveway in a local neighborhood is highway robbery.
The driver himself was awesome but the dispatcher would not give a straight answer. My vehicle was impounded while a friend was driving it. I found this out Friday morning. Because it was two hours away I asked if I could come on Saturday. They said yes, I said I would be there between 1&2pm. They asked that I call about an hour before I got there. I did this and arrived at 1:15pm. Four calls where I was told "he will be there ANY minute" and almost two hours later, the driver arrived. Why say "ANY minute" for that long? An HONEST answer on the first call would have made this a four star experience. We could have gone and had some lunch. Instead of sitting in the sun waiting on a driver "ANY minute"
