The staff is friendly , but you have to wait 45 minutes to and hour for the check to go in the system to be able to get your money, next time I will go to EMR recycling

I give them no stars at all. They cheat you out of your rightful amount of money just like everyone else that buys scrap around here. For example for my catalytic converters (if in the best of condition) would have brought me $250 a piece. They said if they were in the best condition they were only worth $99 . That's 1 & a half times less than they would really have brought. So they are making an extreme profit on us, and paying us barely enough to eat on. And the other scrapyards around the area are just as bad or worse. Do yourselves a favor and go online to sell them.
I've been doing business with this company for about 3 years.I started comparing prices and I realized that they didn't want me to shop their quote with other companies.I discovered that I was losing 20% to 30% on each converter ;sometimes their quotes were $250 less.I urge all sellers to find a competitor and compare prices. I RECENTLY GOT INTO THE CONVERTOR BUISNESS AND GOT CONNECTED TO PMG OF TEXAS. MY FIRST VISIT WAS GREAT. STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HAD ZERO ISSUES ANSWERING ANY QUESTION I HAD. THE MANAGER EVEN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON MAXIMIZING MY PROFITS. IVE DONE BUISNESS WITH PGM 3 TIMES SO FAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO BUSINESS WITH THEM. HOW EVER I DO REALLY WISH THEY WOULD GIVE ME ACCESS TO THERE APP. IT WOULD BE A GREAT HELP. STILL LEARNING.
Pgm of Texas has wonderful staff members every time i’ve arrived ., there prices are hard to beat., they pay top dollar for catalytic converters., they are open Monday - Friday 8 :00 am to 4:30pm and they do not close for lunch ., y’all should definitely visit pgm of Texas it’s a 5 star every time
