Easy to find, just off Hwy 90; plenty of free parking in the shared lot. Large, clean store. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, they didn't have the 3M body molding tape or an equivalent in stock...

This Autozone is the most unprofessional one I’ve experienced by far not to mention I wasn’t greeted once I walked in I was literally just “looked at” it was 2 employees helping one customer. WHY? Nobody cared to ask me if I needed any help after 10 minutes of standing there then a guy approaches the counter was so nonchalant. I felt racist energy from EVERYONE I SEEN WORKING THERE! I will NEVER go back to that Autozone

Terrible service people that work behind counter are terrible people have no respect and don’t care for others. Also sold me half a part of what I need and was totally rude the whole time. Don’t waste your time with them fools

Emily was outstanding and most helpful. After the year and part didn't match she searched all possibilities never losing her smile and quickly finding what I needed. Great job Emily, thanks. Employees like this need to be rewarded. $5 for each 5Star review and $100 for every 100 5Star reviews. Come on AutoZone get on board.

Store 74. I very seldom leave reviews, felt compelled this time. I just experienced how true professionalism ,customer service and dedication to doing everything they could to assist me locating a single spark plug If they put this effort into such a simple(not)task.one could see how they treat a important task. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the Waveland AutoZone was beyond disappointing — it was infuriating. I had a dead battery in my truck and, having just had hernia surgery the day before, I physically could not change it myself. I managed to get a jumpstart and make it to the store, hoping for some basic help. It was just before 7 PM, and I had an early appointment in New Orleans the next morning. I needed this taken care of tonight. I explained my situation to an associate, who looked at my truck and immediately declined to help, saying it might tie him up if the store got busy. The store was empty. Three employees were standing behind the counter. I asked if they could recommend somewhere I could get the battery installed, and was told “we can’t provide recommendations.” I was in pain, stressed, and literally asking for guidance — but got absolutely nothing. I eventually discovered that Walmart might be able to help but they didn’t have the battery I needed but could install one if I purchased the battery elsewhere. I went back to AutoZone to buy the battery, hoping for a simple transaction. The next employee I dealt with acted annoyed at every step. I gave him all my vehicle details, and when he asked “what kind” of battery I wanted, I said, “I have no idea what you’re asking me!” — and yes, I was in serious pain at this point. He responded with the worst attitude, flipped the screen at me, and pointed to a faded list I couldn’t even read. He couldn’t be bothered to explain my options. Clearly aware of my frustrations, the manager walked over. I hoped he would step in and actually help. Instead, he told me to “calm down.” I explained that I was having a horrible day, was in pain, and just needed someone to help me. His response? Go somewhere else. This wasn’t just bad service. It was dismissive, uncaring, and completely unprofessional. I was in distress, struggling with both physical pain and a stressful situation, and these employees offered nothing. I will never return to this location, and anyone expecting even a shred of helpful customer service should look elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place! The staff here is very friendly and professional! They are located in a great spot in a strip mall! If you need auto parts go here.

Destine is an amazing person and super helpful. She is very knowledgeable with information and took time to walk me through troubleshooting problems. Destine is the example of perfect customer service and commitment to helping a customer. Her speedy responses and attention to detail is highlighted in my book!

I went in to purchase a battery. They were busy when I went in but they worked out out so someone could come check my battery in my car. After purchase one of the employees came out with a cart and told and changed the battery for me to save the core charge. I was very satisfied at this visit with the staff's attitude and service.

Called the store to see if they had a fuel pump in stock, the lady that answered the phone (I think Laura was her name) asked me what I needed. I told her a fuel pump. She asked me like three times and I told her a “fuel pump” then asked me to hold. After 5 mins she comes back on and asks again how can she help me. I AGAIN told her I need a fuel pump, she then asked me to hold…after 10 mins of holding I hung up. I’ll go elsewhere.

Having been to every Autozone location on the coast, Waveland is by far my favorite. Everyone on staff has the most positive and proactive attitude while at the same time demonstrating master level customer service. I highly recommend this location above all others on the MS Gulf Coast

Me and my girlfriend had problems with her car we're broke down in the parking lot in front of AutoZone the people inside were very helpful unbelievably helpful they were nice friendly they made sure that we got our our part and went out of their way to make sure we had a part that they couldn't get but they took it off another one I can't say enough about how nice these folks were

Store manager —I believe he is; Mike at the Waveland, MS Auto Zone was so helpful and very nice. Didn’t ask me 50 questions that had nothing to do with the car for the item I was buying tonight!! 🙃 He even put the filter on the car for me and refused money when I offered to give him a few dollars for helping me. He said no ma’am, that’s my job!! Definitely will be back there if I need parts again!! 👍🏼🙌🏼 ((Date: 03-22-21 @ 8:55 - 9:05 PM was approximately the timeframe I was there.))

The workers at this location went above and beyond the call of duty the other night! I was literally stranded and I stopped by O’Reilly first and I was turned away rudely. So I went to the next option nearby, Auto Zone and the workers went ahead and got my car in working condition because had I driven further that night I would not have made it home. I didn’t have many options due to the time of night but the guys were total gentlemen!! They got my car working but it needed to cool off before continuing the 1 1/2 hour journey home. So they even recommend some hotels and drove me and my dog to one that was pet friendly so I had a safe place to relax until the next morning. They didn’t have to help, they could have done what the guys at O’Reilly did but they helped, PHILLIP G. And CALEB came to my rescue and truly went above and beyond to give me customer service. I appreciate them for all they did and it’s nice to know there are still employees that take service seriously. They put me and my situation first and I thank them!! If you ever are stranded around that area don’t go to O’Reilly go see PHILLIP AND CALEB at Auto Zone!!!

I call the guys up and told them i lost my key to my gas lock fuel tank came over. They went to the job immediately when i came in the store it took them 10-15 mins to do the job with out breaking it no 1 else could have did it better and im so satisfied the guy didnt even want a tip thanks autozone

Very helpful staff, they do go above and beyond to help. They always have a friendly disposition, even after dealing with stupidity day in and out. Everyone who works at the waveland location deserves to be employee of the month.

One of the best auto parts store experiences I've had.. The guys were extremely knowledgeable, gave me exactly what I asked for and nothing more (although they did try to up sale). We were 500 miles from home, towing an RV, and having CEL issues.. These guys hooked us up with what we needed to get home. Thank you!

People say bad things about auto zone and their parts. I don't know about any of that, I've had nothing but great experiences at this location, decent parts but you get what you pay for. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful and courteous, I was stumped on a problem with my car and dude talked me through it and was right, he got me fixed up and down the road doing doughnuts in their parking lot.

Mr Philip has been there for years! He is always professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service skills! I enjoy just walking around Car parts stores just window shopping. The staff at this Auto Zone have always greeted me and asked if I needed help finding anything... I tell them I'm just looking and they don't continuously ask if I need help..but they are readily available if I have a question. ..

Having owned a business which had a parts department, I am aware of certain ways which are surefire to alienate a customer - one of the best of those is ignore customers who have been waiting their turn and waiting on some azzhat who just walked into the store - today, y'all used this method, and tomorrow and the days after, I shall not return: it's just as easy ( plus you get waited on ) to go right down the road to the big "O".

All the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, very courteous. There was nothing a staff wouldn't do to help, went out of their way to help you find proper equipment for whatever job consists off. Helpfulness all the way.
