I rented a golf cart. I was told that there was a $30 deposit $10 back. I got there at 2:30. I left at five I was told I don’t get no money back. I’m very upset about about the situation If you tell someone it’s a $$30 deposit and you’ll get 20 back that’s what you should do
I had a terrible experience this past weekend.on May 9, 2025. I was supposed to have a car picked up. They sent two drivers and young and older man. Long story short the drivers ended up crashing the car into my 73 year old mothers home and it rained all this weekend. I haven’t heard from these people since. The damage is only going to get worse by day, eventually her roof is going to fall in. They don’t care about your property. Don’t do business with them. Terrible
Aisha is awesome. She's always friendly with me and jokes around. Keeps your spirits up being around her. The only reason for 4 stars is because I hate taking the chance of busting more tires on my tow truck running over the big chunks of debris scattered about all over from when the big forklifts move the cars and the pieces fall off. I do my best to dodge as much as I can
This location NO LONGER offers the "pull service", was informed they stopped it 1.5yrs ago. It's a pity really because I was on my way to work and needed an A/C line that sells online for $200 and has a removal time of 10min, but didn't want to get my office clothes dusty so was going to pay them to pull it.
Would really be nice if they'd start that service up again, they have enough part-strippers out there that a few of them were just standing around playing on their phones, so it would be a good financial decision to start the program back up since they have workers with spare time that could be better utilized making money, versus riding the clock.
Was there yesterday wasn’t inside over an hour and the truck I was in got broken into and a bunch of stuff was stolen out of it. You can’t get in touch with nobody at the store.

I was treated by an employee with the upmost disrespect, he cursed me & my sister out , he left us to look for our own car part & when he returned to help us as he said he would, he had another lady with him whom he decided to help instead of us, He should be fired & should never ever represent an establishment, I've never in my 45 years have been so utterly disrespected, I will not STOP until he is fired, I've never ever known a day in my life & my husband will not let this go, there was no professionalism & he did not who he came in contact with today, it's a very dangerous game to play, he treated us as if he hated women & the lack of respect & no home training was utterly shocking..I am a Christian woman & a good judge of character & if he is being paid over 10$ it's 5 dollars to many, something is seriously wrong with him, he disrespected me & my sister ad if he knew us, but he will know our husbands soon...This not be the end of my family's disappointment & & disrespect that has been shown to to my, my sister & our husbands by your corporation! If I was a man this would have ended very differently, what he did was dangerous! I hope this is taken very seriously!! The lady & the light skin guy in the front office were polite & I'm very appreciative of it, but I was promised a white driver side white mirror & I was offered a grey one ,& I'm extremely disappointed!! This won't be the last u hear of me!!! GOD BLESS!!!

The customer service sucks. It was my first time visiting their. And when I walked in I told Aisha ( manager) that I wasn't sure how it worked. She was looking down at her phone while I was talking very disrespectful. So I ask what do I need to do about purchasing a jack. And she just pointed it's over there. As she was just sitting down looking at her phone as if I was bothering her. I thought she worked there. So I ask over where. I told her that it was my first time there. Can she explain more. So again she just pointed again. So I ask her to write down her name and that I was going to write a Google review. She said with and attitude Aisha. I guess she didn't care if I was going to complain.
Raymond really made my day he was most eager to resolve any issue I had and was very demure and I hope he’s there each time I need to visit pull-a-part

Always friendly staff and I’ve found dozens of parts for project and cars I’ve sold! I know I’ve saved $35K over buying new parts! The only things I wish are that they would actually have someone to remove parts as stated on the website, have number to call directly to the location to see if a part is in for a small fee(say $5) vs corporate & clean up the isles a few times a week. Other than that keep it going! Tell Frog, Catfish and Tre they are the best!

No one inspected my personal items before entering but as I exit they decided to check my personal items. This man literally stole 2 items from my own personal things. It's not my fault that only half of the employees do there job. I just walked out and allowed them to steal from me because this man would not listen to me. Very unprofessional and this is one vip member that will never be back. This location employees thieves.
When I entered the Jackson MS location I was unaware that my tools should be checked before entering and apparently neither did the employee because she never once offered to inspect my personal belongings. They only wanted to check my personal tools as I started to leave. This man literally stole 2 items out of my tool box and thought I was going to stand there and allow him to steal even more of my personal items. Needless to say I just spoke my piece and let the employed thief keep my belongings. This is 1 pullapart vip member that will never be back. Very unprofessional and they employee thieves at this location.

Very rude people. You can't get any help over the phone. They do not know how to talk to people and handle business. Iesha or whatever her name is needs to find another job she is obviously very unhappy with her life. If someone doesn't understand what you're saying there is no reason to be rude. You're in customer service. You not doing me any favors
This is my absolute favorite pull-a-part. The guy that drives the forklift (name starts with an R) is so helpful and good at customer service. The ladies inside have such great attitudes and always treat us with respect. We can go in there and joke around with them and everyone is always smiling. Other locations are the complete opposite and that makes me so happy to have Jackson as my local pull-a-part. Thank you to all of the employees at the Jackson location! You are so appreciated
Thank you all! Mr. Jeremy & a manager kindly helped me with a tire purchased in which I had to return for an exchange due to a puncture in the tire in which I hadn't noticed but when exchanging it for the needed tire size it also had a puncture in it therefore Mr. Jeremy told me to go out onto the lot and to find a tire off one of the vehicles in which I did. The tire was on a damaged rim but the tire itself was good & they're having the tire taken off the rim for me. Great service you all & courteous people & keep up the good work! But please check the tires before setting them out to be sold! Thanks again!

This place is usually a positive experience, I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately I've run across recent developments that cause some dissatisfaction. I hope maybe the business can think about improvements.
Recently here in Jackson and at other pull apart locations I've seen that they place the car on three steel wheels instead of four. This allows the vehicles to tilt a lot easier in the back. It's much more dangerous for the customers. I encourage you pull-a-part to go back to the four wheels. I know you probably did it to save a buck, but it's better if you prioritize customer safety.
Hybrid batteries usually always seem to be gone. I think pull a part might be pulling them right away. It doesn't seem fair for regular customers to not get a legit shot at the batteries.
I have some suspicion that there is some insider information being given to people by staff of pull a part. For example a 2013 Nissan Titan was placed on the lot 04/06/23. The same day it is already missing the engine and transmission. This possibly creates an unfair advantage to people and takes away fair shots for regular long term customers. It's not just in Jackson, I've seen it at other pull-a-parts as well.
Pull-a-part is one of the best places to go for little odds and ends to keep your car on the road. I'm working on a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 that I picked up and I needed a 3rd brake light assembly. I checked the Dodge dealership and they wanted over $100. I was at Pull-a-Part for about 10 minutes before I found what I needed. I removed it and replaced it for less than $20....
I usually don’t like going places like this but I had the most helpful experience today. I need to get some wheels so I could move my car… it was stolen from so I was having a bad day. Shannon Day, the lady at the checkin was so nice and helpful. She accepted my payment to get in , then left her post to come help me get a golf cart because everyone else was busy. Before I went out to the lot.. she reminded me to get a drink because it was hot out.
I honestly felt like she wasn’t accepting my bad mood and I appreciate her for that. Even though I only came in for 1 spare tire… because of her, I purchased a whole set and signed up for a membership. I will definitely go there again. Thanks Shannon for assisting me.
Wasn't very happy being forced to pay for a bad tire just because it held air pressure. Just to pay for the wheel that I actually needed. Although I did purchase 2 wheels and didn't get charged for the other. Supply and demand rite?
