Visited this location to view a vehicle before bidding. The employees and manager were very accommodating and brought the vehicle to the front for me to inspect for as long as it took.
This site is terrible. Every time you need assistance, the agents just mumble and never say anything concrete. On top of that, they are fraudulent. I purchased a lot that was listed as "runs and drives," and it turns out that since the inspection they already knew it did not work, yet they still placed it under that category. This means that the information the buyer sees is not real. Furthermore, for that same vehicle, the Copart app says the title is available and ready to be sent, but when I called, they told me they didn’t have it yet. This is another example of how they show false information and deceive people. The staff is also completely incompetent — I have been calling for three days, from morning until afternoon, speaking with different agents to solve issues I have with a lot, but still nobody pays attention to me.
Vehicle towed to Copart for estimate, and the took everything out of the locked compartments and put it in a trash bag in the back. We were only told to take what you need as it's going to Grenada. OK. No problem. We locked up the glove box and center console. Everything was empty when we got it back. All thrown in a trash bag. Why? ALSO WASNT RETURNED WITH THE LICENSE PLATE. You know, that thing needed to drive it LEGALLY. When asked about it, they were like, oh, yeah it's here. 80 miles away. We can mail it to you and you'll probably get it next week or you can come get it. Asked to overnight it. We could try... UNACCEPTABLE.
This company wouldn’t even let me get the house key off my totaled car. I had to buy two new keys one for my dorm and my house - each cost me $250. This company is ridiculous and tries to excuse their rude behavior with their policy “we’re not responsible for your belongings” instead of owning up they lost my items.
I’ve had my share of visiting mechanics and copart places- and I have to say this was my worst experience by far with a company. My car was totaled while I was traveling and couldn’t get my items out the vehicle until I got a rental car and time off. My stuff was thrown in the back with several items broken like all my sunglasses. The worse part is I had several missing items. When I called to ask my missing items and what to do with them the women just repeated the policy “we bag everything and put it in the trunk”. She completely ignored the fact I said nothing was bagged at all. I was moving back to college so everything in that car I needed and the lady didn’t even want to tell me sorry.
I was disappointed with my recent visit. Even though I was a mere twenty minutes late, my appointment was promptly cancelled. I believe a little leniency would have been appreciated. The workers do not want to work!
Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite arriving only 25 minutes late, my appointment was cancelled. I hope in the future there can be a bit more flexibility and understanding. I'm hesitant to return due to this experience.
THE STAFF DOES NOT WANT TO WORK ONLY FOR THEM TO PASS THE TIME AND BE PAID FOR THEIR HOURS FOR DOING NOTHING.
THE OWNERS SHOULD CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE INCOMPETENT STAFF. ESPECIALLY THE MAN WHO DRIVES THE FORKLIFT
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED SINCE ITS WORKERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS, NOR ARE THEY ABLE TO GIVE ADEQUATE CARE. THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE IMPOTENCE CAUSED BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW ABOUT BUSINESS OR UNDERSTAND AGREEMENTS
Courteous Staff and GM will work with you to get you taken care of. They are stern with their appointment times, but I wouldn't go to a doctor without an appointment so I see where they are coming from...; Copart really respects your time enough to get you in and out as quickly as they can Top Effort!
I was late for my apoiment at 2 and they cancelled they don't have any more apoiments until the next day, they didn't want to load me my only 1 car %$$#@
