Worst store ever! Left my mom, aunt, and handicap cousin without headlights in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. This store should be ashamed of themselves. The attendants wouldn't replace the fuses. Stated that they couldn't help because they closed in 30 minutes. They also sold her the wrong fuses. If someone doesn't respond, we are going to the BBB.
The guys here are so helpful! They go out of their way to help you. And I’ve only had to return one item here, but David made it so very easy and was glad he could help me. Oh and the prices, I haven’t found any of the other parts stores in Grenada be able to beat their prices. That’s always a plus.
The sales staff seen me right away. I wasn't getting a part for a car,I was trying to make something very old that parts were no longer available or to expensive, make work. The staff understood what I was trying to do and understood what I needed. The even suggested a cheap tool to use that would save me a lot of headache. Then they quickly got my parts. They have always been great,and I'm quite certain they always will be great.
My 1st visit to this particular location. I was able to get everything I needed, even the hard to find Red-Kote fuel tank sealer. It wasn't on the shelf, but a sales clerk knew just where to find it. Great shopping experience and they honor our uniformed service members.
I have used this store since I learned how to check my oil. I recently sent my daughter who's now 17, to get a oil filter and oil she went to AutoZone upon recommendation from a friend, had a experience in which I do intend contact the corporate office about. I recommend you go to O'Reilly's due to the fact that they have always been helpful and friendly to everyone I know. Especially the Grenada Mississippi store. She went there and not only did the young man show her how she could check her old but also helped her get the best price possible after checking into different options and helped her obtain oil filter and all that she needed for a very good price. Can't break enough about this store it's always good to know that people still value their customers!!!
Always knowledgeable good prices and willing to help you they will go the extra distance to help a customer and I guarantee their prices are better than anybody else
I hate the arrogance of the employees at any oreillys theyre all the same for some reason...we get it you know more than us, now help us understand...went here out of need not choice
Marcus at Oreillys in Grenada really helped me out a few days ago. I had, had a small wreck and the bottom part of my bumper was loose so he crawled under my car and put the right parts in to screw it in so it wouldn't drag the ground. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you.
