The lady on the phone didn't really know what she was doing or talking about! In my personal opinion the knowledgeable ones should be the ones answering the phone!

Thanks to Michael coming to educate Liz, we got completed as needed. I've always had a great experience with all the men here and Tracy and female management, but Liz has notoriously( in the past) held the process up by not understanding the basic requests. I typically call on the phone, but this day, she was the one available at the time... I purchased items here often.
This location, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. And they had a great deal on oil and an oil filter for my car….. it is kind of a pain to get into this location though.
Never cared or thought to post a Google review about a place, but the service I received from Andy and Glenn was phenomenal. Have replaced manuel 4 times . Bad chienese mfg I guess . Each time I had it replaced .it had cost me 400 a pop to have it installed. Each time it leaked out the weephole. After I had got down the road 30 or so miles. This last time had it done by warriors in laurel, ms. Only work on older diesels like mine 1997. Has not leaked nowhere. But they ordered the part off the commercial side of O'reilys..
Just to let you guys and gals know. The difference is amazing. It's a 7.3 International with Turbo.
Dawson is a 5 star employee. I walked in 15 mins before close and DESPERATE. Dawson not only sold me the parts. He helped me repair my trailer hub to get me back on the road. Oreilly’s is lucky to have Matthew, my car messed up when we were heading back to FL and he went WAY above and beyond making sure that me, my son and my Mom would be safe to keep driving home instead of leaving us stranded. And then he refused to take any tip money we tried to offer!! Him and a couple of the regular customers were amazing that they went out of their way to help us, & my family is so grateful for the wonderful people we met there. Thank you guys!!!!

We use O'Reilly auto parts for any of our vehicles. We had a belt to break on our tractor mower and went to them,they did not have the size but ordered it and it arrived the next day. Thank you for your kindness and prompt service.
I'm not a real fan of O'Reilly auto parts in general. However these guys in Lucedale are becoming my favorite auto parts. You never have to search for anything they're looking to help when you walk in the door.
Needed parts new guy sam greene took care of my issue not many parts house guys help u out any more this guy knew his business right part the first time he even put on my oxygen sensor so my car would quit flooding alsome dude.i offered him some money he wouldnt take it
They are very reliable because i belive they care, and want to help, but their prices could be a little bit lower but i guess in a sense they are a bit fair but ive always had a fair expirence.

I've never left with my parts in one trip. Every single time, i have to return a day or two later for parts. I'm probably going to just order from an online store next time. At least they deliver to my house.
Had to get a replacement for the radiator on my Mom's Jeep Cherokee Sport which has a lifetime warranty. The staff was very helpful and nice. The young man who waited on me even helped me carry everything out to my car which I wasn't expecting.
Went to return a starter that was bought from a oreillys in ct and the dumb ass that works there said they don't have oreilly in ct so now I have a starter with a life time warranty that I bought from a oreilly that they won't take back like always oreilly are dumb asses and will not get my money and I own a auto repair shop and I will not use them for that or in stall any part from them now or ever
