It's the little things! I am a very particular person and with buying a used vehicle obviously found some imperfections. They were very adamant about making me happy. The Yukon was given a fresh detail. Thing was slick, had that drip! Also, I have bought many vehicles from several places and never received anything, they gave me a hat. Most expensive hat I ever bought but it's the little things!
