I call them tonight so I can’t pick my car up from them and she told me 15 minutes I had to walked with my kids a block from usm and had to catch a ride to them n that took 30 minutes so I called back and the lady didn’t pick up until the 11th call and I said why they wasn’t there and she said she don’t have to be and I said but if y’all towing cars why isn’t nobody at the office she fixed her mouth to tell me I’m not the one that got your car towed and hung up in my face and I had to wait a hour to get my car after she had said 15 minutes very unprofessional and rude
Angie and her team are absolutely TOP NOTCH!!! They were on spot quickly and were so friendly and kind! I don’t know what I would have done without their help. I am so glad to have met them. Great experience all the way around!!!
Long review for good reason!!
We called this towing company on a Sunday after having all but one lug nut fall off a tire. We had to pull over at the end of a two-lane that construction had made into one lane. People were hitting the shoulder to avoid hitting others, and we were unable to drive or get out of the dangerous zone. We had just purchased this truck and it didn’t have a four-way, so we couldn’t even grab lug nuts from other tires to make do and get off the interstate.
We explained our situation to the lady, Mrs. Angie, who heard our panic and stress. She sent Mr. James to get lug nuts and come put them on to get us off the road. Instead of charging us a tow fee and making us wait in a very dangerous zone, he didn’t. (I can’t believe there wasn’t a wreck or pileup at that particular spot.)
Mr. James didn’t have the correct lugs, so he took one off each tire to give us enough to get to an auto parts store. We made it off safely, and they absolutely didn’t charge what should have been charged. However, we paid them a little extra because they didn’t have to go above and beyond for us as they did!
After going through the emotions of realizing we could have been killed doing 75 with barely one lug nut, and if it wasn’t for the construction making us check to see why we were suddenly wobbling, we would have lost a tire, possibly killing someone and/or our family who knows. When we called we were a hand full of emotions, mad, scared, relieved. Angie reassured us she was sending someone to get us off the road. It was not about just making a buck, I felt as if it was making sure we were safe and able to continue our journey. All businesses have to charge in order to make a living and in some cases can charge extremely high which did NOT happen here! They gave us a very decent price and performance! Thank you for doing business with heart, compassion and grace! Highly recommend this towing company! Thank you Mrs Angie and Mr James!
My daughter was in a accident on 8/24 when I called them to bring the car to my house they told me 400 dollars then when they went to my insurance company they charged them 630 dollars RIPPED off I would never use them.
