Uses this company 2 days ago and I will definitely use them again, the receptionist was nice, it was very quick and hassle free, I must add it was also the cheapest I found... Definitely recommend 10/10
I know the New owner and He's a good Christian man and He has lots of experience with towing and recovering any and all types of vehicles. Chuck is as good as they come in dont know about all this but what I do know is you will get first class service at a good rate he is Honest and very fair about anything just give peanuts towing a try you won't regret it

I have had my vehicle towed twice by this company. They were very efficient and courteous. They showed up on time and did an awesome job. Very reasonably priced. I was very happy and highly recommend them.
We have used Peanuts to tow a few vehicles always shows up quick and never had a bad experience!!!! Even on Hardy St on Valentines Day night at dinner time!!!They were there quick!!!
Peanuts Towing Llc is under new ownership. First off I will say the attitude towards our customers will be professional and friendly!!! I have dropped the prices drastically for my customers. If you let the police call next in line and not request Peanuts then the prices is out of my control. You have the right to choose the towing service of your choice in the event of accident or if it’s being towed due to an arrest. I would not recommend this company at all.My car was stolen and left abandoned on a Friday.I started calling around on Saturday morning for an update and the piling company told me that Peanuts had it…Peanuts told me there was a hold by the sheriffs department and that had to release it.The hold wasn’t released until Tuesday because Monday was a Holiday for the sheriffs department.If I could have gotten it that Saturday after they towed it I would have,by that Tuesday more fees had accumulated.I got it today 7 days after they towed it.$640 dollars.The owner was rude and can’t count days.They picked it up on Friday at 4 I picked it up this Friday at 4,but she charged me for 8 days.I was trying to explain to her that a day is 24 hours.I will be reporting them to someone.They are not registered with the state of Mississippi as a business and their fees are ridiculous.Ill be reporting them to the BBB.DO NOT USE THEM!BTW here is the fee break down $200 for the tow $80 for the mileage (16 miles) 45 dollar each day.
Their tow truck picked up our pick up in Purvis. The transmission was not working and the truck had to be winched into the flatbed. Transmission is fixed but Peanuts' tow driver caused $3000 worth of damage to the front end suspension. When I called to talk to Peanuts, the woman that answered the phone, she instantly got an attitude when I told her the problem. I remained calmed, yet she hung up on me. She was very rude. I will pass the word about how poor of a company they are to our friend and family in the Hattiesburg area.
My Brothers truck got towed over to peanuts towing and in the mist of my brother getting his truck out they broke into the truck and stole his power tools for work and when asked what happened they lady told me it wasn’t her problem hung up on me and blocked my number she refused to help in any way what so ever. They deleted the forage of whoever stole the tools. My brother paid a lot of money for his truck to be released. I would never trust these people with anything they are simply unprofessional in every way I hope they get caught for what they’ve done
I had to go to Peanut's Towing and Recovery today, Saturday, 12/16/23, to pick up a vehicle that had been towed from an apartment complex in Hattiesburg on yesterday, Friday, 12/15/23. The lady who answered the phone was rude, irate, and dishonest about the whole ordeal. She tried to lie and say that the car had been sitting in the tow yard for 2 weeks, when the date marked on the windshield clearly said 12/15/23. I was charged $250.00 for the release of my vehicle, and it had not even been in this place's possession for a full 24 hours. This place is a complete sham of a business, and the lady answering the phone is not on site. The phone number for the business is a mobile number, not a landline. I certainly hope no one else has the displeasure of having to spend unnecessary money having to deal with whoever is in charge if this place. I got a full lesson on how the Grinch who stole Christmas has apparently set up shop, and named the establishment Peanut's Towing and Recovery. Please do yourself a huge favor, and do not do any business with this place. Knowing what I now know, I definitely would not have, but the choice was not up to me. The lady may think she is getting over by ripping people off, but what goes around comes around. Hopefully the $250.00 she deceitfully got the tow truck driver to collect serves her well. I hope no one else has the misfortune of having to do business with these people in any capacity. This place deserves ZERO stars, but at least 1 was required to post what I feel is this very necessary review.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The big white lady had blocked my number(proven in her face) bc I had been calling about a vehicle but never received an answer. She was rude and unpleasant. Plus quoted a ridiculous price for a vehicle that hadn’t been there a day. Maybe a couple hours.
They gave my daughter’s car to someone that said it was their car. The claim they don’t know who it was. So…now you have a law suit. This will not go unpunished.
I called Peanut's Towing Service to transport my vehicle from one dealership to the next. They had this taken care of in under an hour. The process was short, simple and sweet.
Snappy additude from dispatch. Overpriced. Towed vehicle after 1 a.m. Charged for Sat still. Then picked vehicle up before noon on the following Wednesday and was charged for the entire day. Careful with this one. They will take you for every dime they can
Great Big Texas shout-out to such a awesome company. As a wrecker driver here in Texas, Made a call when my son and daughter and grandbabies broke down on the interstate,they were johnny on the spot. Very professional and attentive to the needs of our babies. Couldn't say thank you enough and will definitely be sending all I can out that away. Need a tow...hands down give them a call. A special shout-out to the owners nephew who did this call....may God bless you all always. Got your 6
